Tyler wandered down isle after isle in the supermarket, picking up the things he needed. He went into the produce section to finish his shopping. He went over to the produce section to look at the mushrooms. He was picking through the stacks of cartons when he felt a looming presence behind him.
"Hey if you want I have a fresher gselection in my cart." A man with a shock of bright red hair said. He was wearing his work uniform and gestured to his cart of veggies.
"Oh sure, thanks." Tyler said shyly as he walked over to the man. He looked through the cartons of veggies and peered over to the man, who was stocking cucumbers. His name tag said "Josh". Tyler picked out a crate of fresh looking mushrooms and then wandered over to where Josh was. He absentmindedly picked through the cucumbers and discretely peered at Josh. He was a tall man, and had a nose piercing and gages.
"So do you have anything specific planned for those mushrooms?" Josh asked.
"Oh I don't know, I'll probably sauté them up or eat them on their own." Tyler replied sheepishly. "What's your name?"
Josh motioned to his name tag sassily "Can you read?" Josh replied with a light chuckle. Tyler blushed and looked away from Josh .
"Yes but I figured it'd be more polite to ask you." Josh stuck out his hand and Tyler hesitantly shook it.
"Josh Dun. Nice to meet you."
"Tyler Joseph." Their eyes met and Tyler swore he felt sparks fly, no matter how cheesy that sounded.
"Hey I was wondering... Can I maybe get your number?" Josh replied, a blush creeping into his cheeks.
"Sure, I'd love that." Tyler handed over his phone and Josh put his number in. "Text me sometime." Tyler said and walked away with a big smile growing on his face.
