Dr. Alex Dexter is a middle woman around 40's and she is very cute.

She tell me "Well Mr. your girlfriend needs a lot of treatment cause she is very ill, she has a typhod fever not a typhoidea fever like the young of the paramedics told to you when they carrying to you and your girlfriend in the ambulance, he is latine and he maybe confuses the words".

And they make to me the widal and the typphidot test to looks the antigents. About a few hours the venipunctures give to them the ID of the disease and it was positive to typhod fever. Dr. Dexter is very worry and see with extrematly caution the others results. The typhidot give positive too and she makes to me others tests and the results is an intestinal perforation.

Dr. Alex Dexter speaks with Spence "Dr. Reid all the tests i made to her give us a bad notice, she needs a surgery inmediatly cause she has an intestinal perforation and if we don't make the surgery before, we loose her forever. After the surgery gives the treatment to consist in give to her the antibiotics to recover her health. I'll hope we can save her and she stay with you forever".

Spence is very worry with the notice, he squeezes my head, my hair and give to me a passionate kiss on my lips. "Don't leave me please, you can fight, please react and recover your health. I love you more day by day and i want be with you forever".
