 Thongs don't mean you are a slut. 

The definition of a slut is for a girl to have sex with multiple people. Just saying.

Us girls don't wear thongs to be sexy. I mean they are used to turn the heat up in bed (WHEN YOU ARE FAR MUCH OLDER) but at this age, we don't use them to be sexy. 

Thongs and Cheeksters take away the appearance of panty lines. Now let me just tell you: Pantie lines are so unpleasant when you are wearing tight clothing like leggings. If you are ever thinking about getting a thong or a cheekster, just make sure you know that you are wearing them for no pantie lines. 

If you are wearing a thong, make sure you don't get the whale tale. The whale tale is where the thong rises above the pants until you can see 3 directions of material (or string). It's really unattractive. Trust me. Don't be going around, making your thong rise above your pants just to get some guy because i promise you, that is a way to make him run away. 

You can wear a thong or a cheekster if you are on a period. However, you need to wear a tampon. Its basically impossible to wear a pad with a thong. AND MAKE SURE YOUR THONG IS BLACK WHILE WEARING A TAMPON. You do not want to stain your panties. 

Thongs can be uncomfortable and comfortable depending on the ones you buy. Some will have really nice and soft fabrics and some with be scratchy up your ass. If you're not sure if you want Victorias secret panties or the PINK line, i recommend Victorias secret. They have the same 5 for $27.00 deal as PINK but the fabrics and lace are more soft. PINK tries to be more out there with their logos and their lace isn't as comfortable. Not only that, but the string up your butt is more thicker. I find Victorias secret VERY comfortable. But that is my own preference.

Moms and Dads probably don't want to give you a thong because they are going to think that you just want to have one to look sexy. We all know it. Parents will not understand no matter what. Here are some ways to convince your parents.

- Mom i really don't want pantie lines at my age and i feel uncomfortable having them. Can you think about going out with me to get a thong? I promise that i don't want to wear one to be sexy.

Another way to convince your parents without saying anything is to ask your mom to go underwear shopping with you and get a cheekster at victorias secret PINK line. Cheeksters look like regular hipster underwear in your underwear drawer but when the cheekster is on your body, it will look more like a thong. Do the shopping gradually

-First buy the no-show cheeksters

-Then the next time you go underwear shopping, you get a cheekster with lace (they look more like a thong)

-Then the next time you go shopping buy a thong. 

Why would this work? Your mom will not notice a difference when you buy a cheekster with lace because between the regular cheeksters and a thong, the lace cheekster looks like it is mashup of both.

If you want a really comfortable thong, i prefer the American Eagle aerie thongs. They are a lot more comfortable then the victoria's secret PINK thongs. That is just from what i have experienced. I am not advertising.  the vs PINK thongs are comfortable and all but Aerie thongs are just more comfortable and a better price. they have 7/$27.50 when PINK sells 5/$27.50
