[F/N] POV

I awoke the next morning to a smiling Yuzu, "Good morning [F/N], I made you breakfast."

I smile back, "Wow, thank you Yuzu. This looks great."

I went to sit up, but the pain from my wounds stopped me from it. I hissed in pain but got in a comfortable spot before I started to eat. Yuzu looked troubled.

"What's wrong Yuzu?"

"It-It's just... You look like you're in a lot of pain."

I sigh, "Well... To tell you the truth I am, but don't trouble yourself. I'm a fast healer, so this is just temporary."

I looked over to her and she was crying, "What's wrong Yuzu, I'm okay. Really I am."

She sobbed and hugged me, "[F/N]... I care about you so much... I-I just don't want you to get hurt. I don't want you to have the same fate as my mother... I don't think I could go through that again... Please be more careful an try not to get hurt again, I hate seeing you like this."

I hug her back full-heartedly, for such a young girl, she certainly knows a lot. An Idea suddenly popped into my mind, since we were on a school break, maybe we could plan something. I had just the thing.

"Hey Yuzu?"

She sniffles, "Y-Yeah?"

"Since we are all on school break and I'll have to talk to your father about it but. I think that we should plan a vacation."

He eyes lit up a little, "Really? When and where will we go?"

"I'm not sure where yet, we will have to discuss that. But I want to just pack up and go in the next couple days, how does that sound?"

Her eyes shined but then she frowned, "But what about your injuries?"

I give her a thumbs up and a wink, "I'll be alright, I won't slow ya down."

She smiles and runs out to most likely talk to Karin and Ichigo. As she ran out I saw Isshin at the door and he had a small smile before walking in and sitting in a chair next to the bed.

"Vacation huh? I don't remember the last time we did that... How are you feeling?"

"Sore but I'll manage."

"... Hey [F/N], I-uh I guess Yuzu really looks up to you doesn't she."

I scratch my cheek with a blush, "I wouldn't say that-"

"She really does [F/N], I also want you to be more careful, we all do. I know it's none of my business but maybe you should stay away from your uncle for a while."

"I do agree with you that I need to put some space with that part of me... But I need to see him one more time, just a follow up since I didn't go last night to get my payment."

"Then I should come with you."
