The Trip

[F/N] POV

I was feeling a little better so I was able to pack my bags before the trip, Isshin wanted to help but I couldn't say no. He is such a cutie, with me and his kids. I'm glad I took the job, if I hadn't we wouldn't be packing up for a trip so that makes it worth it. I rented a van so we could put everything in the back the night before so it wouldn't be a hassle in the morning. We were eating dinner and the kids are in high spirits.

"I can't believe that we are going tomorrow, it feels like a dream." Yuzu said.

"Yeah, I'll be in the arcade." Karin said.

"Pool and maybe so rides after." Ichigo said.

I speak up, "We should probably stick together for the trip, not split up, we can all ride some rides, then go through the arcades together and win prizes, then eat dinner, then we can go watch the firework show, and after that we can relax in the pool and hot tub, then we can relax in our rooms."

"Room(s)?"

"Yeah, I got 2 rooms, they are suites so Ichigo's, Karin's, and Yuzu's room will be one room but there are three bedrooms, an arcade room, a jacuzzi in the master bath, and much more."

Ichigo's eyes widened, "You don't need to do that much, how much did all of this cost anyway dad, we can't afford this."

"Isshin didn't pay for it, it's my treat. I have been saving for a while and I wanted to give back what all you have done for me."

Isshin cooed, "You don't have to go overboard."

"But it's for you guys and myself, I want to have a fun day with all of you."

Isshin smiled and I blushed a bit, "Now after we clean off the table we should all head to bed early."

They all agreed and it wasn't long before we went into our own rooms to get a good sleep.

I was nearly asleep until my phone buzzed, it was a text....I chuckled at who it was from.

Text: Sorry to wake you if I did but I was wondering since you got two rooms and the suite had three beds from the kids, I guess I forgot to ask how our room looked, are there two bedrooms?

I smile at his text before replying.

Text: You'll just have to wait and see Dr. Kurosaki.

I kya'd after I sent it. And I got a reply.

Text: Not that I don't want to be in the same room as you, but we should be careful since you are still under 18, I know we don't think it matters since you'll be out of school soon, do you know where I'm coming from?

I frowned but I got it.

Text: Yeah, it's all good. It's not like I'm clingy so things should go well. We should get to sleep so we aren't tired in the morning.

I went to bed with a goofy grin.

Next Morning

It wasn't a big rush but we left quickly after eating and then packing the last minute items. Isshin drove the first half and I rested a bit more while the kids in the back were sleepy but excited at the same time. After a bit I woke up and I looked over to see Isshin holding my hand while his eyes were on the road. I squeezed his hand slightly and he looked over with a smile.
