Coincidence? - In Stereo

Chapter 12 - AWKWARD

"WHAT IS GOING ON HERE!?" Alanna yells over Alicia and Isabella who still continue to argue at each other.

"How do you like Ethan over Jakob?" Alicia asks Isabella who still continues to fight.

"How come you want to know so badly? Got a little crush on Ethan or something!?"

Alicia starts to blush a little and a bit of redness appears in her cheeks. 

"No! I don't like Ethan or any of the other boys. I just really like them as friends. That's all!" 

"THAT'S ENOUGH! BOTH OF YOU. NOW STOP!" Alanna says whilst budding in trying to break up the conversation. "Why can't you guys just get a long. We came here for a little holiday to America as 3 best friends and just coincidentally bumped into our favorite boy band In Stereo and have become really good friends with them but we aren't handling it to well anymore with our friendships by the looks of it!" 

"Alanna's right." Alicia says, "What has happened to us?"

Isabella looks up to meet Alicia's eyes. "I'm really sorry Alicia, I didn't mean to fight or argue with you. I'm really sorry."

Alicia opens her arms wide and wraps them around Isabella. "That's okay I forgive you." 

"Hey don't forget about Alanna!" Isabella says looking towards her. 

Alanna then wraps her arms around Alicia and Isabella and says, "I love you guys. You are the best-est friends anybody could ask for! Let's not fight ever again!"

As the day goes on, things start to get better for the girls and their relationship. The three of them go out and head to get some drinks at Starbucks. As they walk into the cafe, they see Jakob, Ethan and Chris ordering at the counter. 

"Oh my God. Guys look! It's the boys!" Alicia says to Alanna and Isabella whilst pointing at them in the direction their standing. 

"Do we really need to go to this Starbucks? There's another one a few streets down." Isabella states. 

"Nahh. Let's just stay here." Alanna says. "It'll be fine." 

The girls then walk over to the counter and stand behind Jakob, Ethan and Chris. "Hey look!" Chris says whilst turning around, "It's Alanna, Alicia and Isabella!" 

Jakob turns and meets eye contact with Isabella but Isabella looks away and stares into Ethan's eyes instead. "Hey Ethan." Isabella says.
"Oh. Hey Isabella!" Ethan replies. Jakob looks down and fiddles around with his fingers.

"So what are you guys doing here?" Isabella asks.

"Well, the boys and I were just here to get a drink!" Chris says, "What about you?"

"We came here for a drink as well!" Isabella says with a little laugh. 

"Well would you girls like to join us whilst you're here?" Chris asks. 

"Yeah sure! We'll be right with you we just have to order." Alanna says.

"Okay great! We'll just be over here!" Chris, Ethan and Jakob walk over to a six seated table and sit down.

"Hello and welcome to Starbucks. What would you girls like to drink?" The lady behind the desk asks who's name is 'Johanna' by the name pinned on her name tag. 

"Ummmm... Could I please get the Caramel Frapuccino with whipped cream on top." Alicia says whilst 'Johanna' types it in the cash register machine.

"Could I please have the Chocolate Frappuccino with no whipped cream." Isabella states.

"And could I just get the Coffee Frappuccino with extra whipped cream on top." Alanna orders.

"Is that all for today?" she asks. 

"Yep that's all!" Alanna says.

"That would be 15 dollars thank you!" 

Alanna hands over the money and the girls wait for their Frappuccino's to be done. They wait about 7 minutes for their drinks to be ready and then they head over to where the boys are sitting. Isabella rushes to the table to get the spot next to Ethan before Alicia could get there. Ethan's facial expression is in disappointment.

Alanna takes a seat next to Chris whilst Alicia splats down in disappointment on the last seat that hasn't been taken in between Alanna and Isabella. Alicia is sitting in directly in front of Jakob but he doesn't show any eye contact towards her but instead to Isabella. But strangely.. Isabella keeps on staring into Ethan's eyes and Ethan is staring into Alicia's eyes. 

Chris looks at Alanna and whispers, "What is going on..?" 

"I've got no idea but it's got to stop!" Alanna says.
