Soul x Kid

  Soul strolled down the hallway looking for Maka but only to bump into Kid. "Hey Kid."
Kid looked up at him in surprise then glared at his hair taking his hand and licking it to fix the hair. "Hi Soul."
Soul looked at Kid and sighed allowing him to "fix" his hair. "Can't you go one day without fixing it?"
"Can't you just brush it right." Kid snapped back.
Soul just sighed and gave a toothy grin. "But I just love making you irritated."
Kid looked at the abnormal pointy teeth and then back at his work and smiled when it was perfect.
Soul smirked as he ruffled the hair to make it exactly how it was before Death the Kid wasted his time. "You know your cute when your mad, shinigami."
Kid laughed. "What are you drunk?"
"No...just wondering does the three lines in your hair bother you?" Soul asked.
"Shut up!" Kid growled.
Soul smirked pressing Kid up against the wall. "You know on my chest there's a scar. That's slanted at an angle."
Kid whimpered staring at Soul's chest. "I hate you..."
"I know you do." Soul smirked ruffling my hair.
Kid sighed and got off the wall. "So where are you headed?"
"To find Maka. You?" Soul asked.
The shinigami shrugged. "Just walking around."
"Isn't anyone gonna ask me?" A woman's voice asked.
They turn around to find Medusa.
Kid's eyes widened as he grabbed his guns. "Soul, stay back."
"Kid..." Soul whispered.
"STAY OUT OF MY WAY, DAMN IT! I don't want to loose you." Kid growled.
Soul sighed and nodded. "Kid, there's something you need to know."
The witch waited patiently interested to see what their last words would be.
"What?" Kid asked never taking his eyes off the blonde haired woman.
"Don't die and I'll tell you." Soul smirked.
Damn him. Kid fired at her but she just dodged him.
"You'll have to do better than that!" She growled as black blood came and scratched his cheek.
"FUCK! I'm not symmetrical anymore!" Kid growled.
Soul slapped his face with his hand. "Idiot."
Liz and Patty attached to his arms creating bigger guns. "Then we'll just hit you harder."
The witch laughed as she ran up with a sword in her hands.
Kid took a step to the side his other cheek getting scratched. "Now I'm perfect again." He smirked and shot her.
She hit the wall but arrows came from her hitting Kid in his torso.
"KID!" Soul screamed running up to him. Where the hell are you Maka?!
"Run..." Kid whined getting up. "...go find Maka..."
Medusa smirked getting up and cutting Kid on his torso. "Do what your friend says. Your no use to him if you just stand there."
Kid whined Patty and Liz shot once more getting the witch off her.
Crona and Maka came from around the corner laughing and looked at them in shock their laughs dying.
"About time you showed up!" Soul growled going over to Maka and turning into a scythe.
Kid got up coughing up blood receiving another blow from the arrow like sword. "I'm not dying from a kid like you!" He shot her multiple times as Maka cut her.
More people came but when the smoke cleared Medusa was gone.
Kid fell to the ground coughing up more blood.
Soul turned back to a human and hugged him. "You have to be ok...please..."
"Tch. I'm a God of death aren't I? A couple hits like that aren't going to kill me." He smiled. Liz and Patty turned back to their human forms and hugged Kid.
"You moron. Guard better!" Liz hissed.
Soul held the shinigami closer tears falling from his cheeks. "I'm sorry I couldn't help you sooner."
Kid smiled. "Whatever. Tell me what you were gonna say."
"Later when no one's around." Soul whispered.
Professor Stein came out from the crowd and took Kid away to tend to his wounds.

~Three days later~
Kid finally woke up after he fell unconscious from the drugs Stein gave him.
"Kid...?" Soul asked looking up at him.
Kid waved at him but whined looking at his chest. "Heh, guess we match..."
Soul laughed. "Yeah...Black blood is in both of us..."
"Figures." Kid laughed. "Soul?"
Soul got up and cracked his back getting on top of Kid and smirked as he brought his lips to Kid's.
The shinigami's eyes widened as his first kiss was snatched away from him. His eyes closed as he pressed his lips back at Soul's roughly.
"Kid, are you..." Maka's voice said but trailed off. "What the hell?!"
Soul leaned away and smirked. "Hi Maka."
"Don't 'hey Maka' me!" She growled. "What's going on with whatever that was?!"
"A kiss?" Soul whispered.
"A kiss?!" Maka shouted.
"Oi, your giving me a headache." Kid whined rubbing his temples. "Shut up or leave."
Maka stuck out her tongue at me then walked out closing the door behind her.
Soul turned to me and gave a sharp toothy grin. "Sorry about that."
Kid shrugged. "So what was that about?"
"Its because...I love you." Soul whispered tracing my cheek with one of his fingers.
The OCD kid's eyes shot open as he stared at Soul as he looked to the side. "Ummm..."
Soul smirked as he turned Kid's head. "Do you love me?"
With painted red cheeks Kid nodded and they kissed once more.
A shinigami and a scythe became a couple.
