Soo this chapter has a really long Lucas POV so get ready for that and I hope you enjoy the chapter.

Maya's POV:
After me and Lucas's "bonding" at the lake we went and bought 2 slices of pizza, a Coke for Lucas and a Root Beer for me. On the way back to the cabin Lucas held my hand. "Is it alright if I ho-" "It's fine Lucas" I said smiling up at him. I had never noticed our big height difference. Yup no wonder he called me shortstack.
We got into the cabin and I jumped onto the couch while Lucas changed in the bathroom. There was nothing really good on Netflix. "Hey Lucas I'm gonna put on any movie!" I shouted. "That's fine with me. I'll be out in a minute" I quickly ran over to my dresser to look for a pajama. THATS WHAT I FORGOT. This whole time I knew I forgot something and I was right. I saw Lucas come out of the bathroom dressed in his pajamas. "I have a problem" "What is it?" "I forgot to bring a pair of pajamas."

Lucas's POV:
"I forgot to bring a pair of pajamas." Maya said. "Uhhh" I had no idea what to do about this. Then it hit me. I ran over to my dresser and pulled out my extra green shirt and sweatpants and went back to Maya. "Here you go" I said handing her the clothes. She looked at the clothes then at me then at the clothes again. "No Lucas I can't take this" she said about to hand me back the clothes. "No it's perfectly fine this was extra clothes incase I might have needed it." She looked at the clothes while bitting her lip. "You know what? Whatever I mean it just clothes and I don't wanna ruin my other clothes." She grabbed the clothes and headed towards the bathroom. I luckily found some plates for the pizza and pulled both our slices out and put them on each plate. I heard the bathroom door open. Maya came slowly out. My shirt was oversized on her body yet it still showed her curves. Only her. Same went for my sweatpants. She had rolled them up a bit because she was alot shorter compared to me. She had put her gorgeous hair back into a pony tail. I could tell she had no makeup on anymore. Yet she still looked like a beautiful princess. "I look ridiculous" she said scanning her body. She looked at her feet, then her chest, then at me. She gave me one of those
"I guess" looks. "Don't worry you still look beautiful." She turned bright red. Wow she blushes alot. But I think it's adorable. She walked over to me put her hand on my chest and got on the end of her toes and got near my ear. "Give me my pizza Huckleberry" she lightly whispered. Only her at a time like this. I handed her her plate and her Root Beer, I got my stuff and we both headed for the couch. We sat there at our pizza's and laughed at eachother. We would be eating and randomly look at eachother and burst out laughing. Constantly. She would try not to giggle. But her giggle always made me happy. Only her. Sometimes we would laugh over the littlest thing. At one point she had almost knocked over her soda. It was at the end of our night when I looked over at her nibbling on her last peice of pizza and I had noticed she had some crumbs on her bottom lip. I leaned over and put my thumb on her lip and carefully took them off. I saw her looking down with the saddest eyes in the world. "Maya what's wrong?" I asked. She didn't answer. "Come on Maya you can talk to me". She still didn't answer. I picked up her chin and stared her directly in her eyes. "What's wrong?" I asked. The next thing she said made me feel afraid. "Im just scared to love again." "Maya I know why you would think that but that's the past and I promise that for the rest of my life I will never hurt you, I will always love and care for you.". By now I had been holding both her hands. I could see a tear running down her cheek. I wiped it off as quickly as possible. I hated seeing her cry. "I'll always be there for you whenever you need me." She was still looking down but I could see a faint smile. I picked up her chin once again. I slowly leaned in. I could see her closing her eyes. Our lips met together and all I could feel were sparks. At that moment I realized I truly loved Maya Hart. I slowly pulled away and rested my forehead on hers. We just sat there staring at eachother. Her tears were gone and she was now smiling. "That's what I like to see" I said. We both chuckled. I sat back down and she rested her head on my chest. "Can we stay here here for a little longer?" she asked. "We can stay here all night" She looked up at me and smiled. I kisssed her forehead.
"Goodnight Lucas" she said snuggling into my chest.
"Goodnight Maya" I said kissing her forehead again. Wow even sleeping she looked beautiful.

Wow im tired it is currently 2:49am where I live so yeah. Ok im about to correct myself. I am 100percent the NEXT chapter will be about the dates. I just kind off wanted to add a little more Lucaya soo thats why i did this chapter.
