Henry was horrified. And rightly so. His mother was still a Dark One. Except this time, she wasn't secretly their friend. She was-is-their enemy. Regina was prepared to do whatever necessary to destroy Emma. And the Charmings agreed with her! Henry couldn't understand.

"This is your fault, you know," he muttered under his breath.

Regina stared at him in shock. "And why is that?"

Anger began to build inside of him. "Because you could've told her, and me, from the start! Emma's only against us now because you couldn't trust her enough to tell her the truth."

David opened his mouth to interrupt, but Henry pressed further.

"You couldn't trust us. So tell me. How did you expect Emma to fight against this when she didn't even know that she was supposed to be fighting?" As realization began to set in, Henry felt fear beginning to overcome him. Speaking faster and his voice growing desperate, he continued. "This is exactly what Emma said she did to Killian after she turned him into a Dark One. She didn't give him Excalibur because she didn't trust him to control himself. It is because of that mistake that you've caused any of this to happen right now!"

With that, Henry stormed out of the apartment and raced to Emma's house, desperate to talk to her. Once he reached her house, he raced up the steps and tried to open the door. But it was under a protection spell. Standing in front of the door, Henry began to talk.

"Emma? Mom, I know you're in there. I can see the lights through the window. You're not a bad person, and you know it. Don't give in to the darkness. Please. I brought you to Storybrooke to bring back the happy endings."

"Maybe... maybe your job is done, and you being a Dark One is the sign to show that. I know you've never wanted to stay... that's why I'm telling you that you can leave. You can cross the town line and live the life you've always wanted. But whatever you chose, I still believe that there's good in you." With that, Henry began to walk away, a tear escaping his eye.

From the other side of the door, Emma was on the floor, confusion written on her face.

Henry was watching Killian and Emma on the Jolly Roger. Observing. Emma was trying to learn how to work the ship, but was failing miserably. Henry, on the other hand, had learned quite quickly when Killian taught him. Perhaps if Henry had lived in the Enchanted Forest, he could've been a pirate. Just like Killian.

It was very windy on this day, yet Killian insisted that Emma learn in the hard conditions so every other condition would seem easy. As the wind rocked the ship, Henry stood up to help his mom.

"Mom, here. Turn the wheel and let Killian and I fix this," Henry said, laughter in his voice

Everyone chuckled as Emma happily obliged. As they went back to the dock, Henry began to map out his day. At noon he would be with Regina until dinner time. After that, he would be with the Charmings and little Neal. Emma and Killian deserved the night off from his bickering and teasing.

Glancing at his watch, he was surprised to see it was 11:50.

"Killian, mind speeding this thing up? I have to meet my mom at her house in ten minutes and I'd prefer to not have to sprint all the way there," he said.

"Anything for the spitfire," Killian said sarcastically. Turning around, Henry saw them kissing.

"Gross," he thought.

Henry made his way towards the woods. He needed time to think. As he entered the green canopy, he thought he heard footsteps behind him. But he wasn't in the mood to talk to anyone. Running as quickly as he could, he found himself in the same spot where he had found Emma when she ran away after her powers went out of control.
