AN: I felt the need to chose this video because the story revolved around Emma grieving in her own way over Killian.
"Mom, what happened to my sister? I've been hearing people talk about her all day today..."
"Well, Neal, today is the day when three years ago, your sister sacrificed herself to save the whole town," Mary Margaret replied, tears beginning to appear in her eyes.
Intrigued, Neal pressed further. "Can you tell me about her? Please?"
Nodding her head, she called David over. Together, they sat on the bench as they stared at Emma's grave.
"Once upon a time..."
*Two years earlier*
Henry walked downstairs. Regina and Robin had their heads close together, talking quietly.
Making his presence known, Henry said, "Today's the day. One year since Emma died saving all of us."
Turning their heads, he could see tears brimming their eyes. Regina spoke up.
"We know, Henry. Robin and I think it's time we pay a visit to her. Would you like to join us?"
"Of course I will. I think we should ask grandma and grandpa if they'll come as well. Red can watch Neal for them while we go."
Regina responded. "I think they would appreciate that very much," she whispered to Robin. Raising her voice so Henry could hear, she said, "You can, but don't be surprised if they say no."
Henry already suspected that Regina would say that. Ever since Emma died, no one had been the same in the town. Sure, no more villains came to town, but Henry suspected that that was because Emma wasn't alive anymore.
It wasn't a part of fate for that to happen. The villains threatened everyone's happy endings, but Emma's sacrifice proved that everyone's happy endings were safe from prying hands.

Emma lit the candle after she put it in the cupcake. Leaning down, she said, "Another banner year." Closing her eyes, she blew out the candle. But not without making a wish first. I wish I don't have to spend the night alone, she thought.
Suddenly, she heard the doorbell ring. Emma opened her eyes in surprise. She looked at the candle. There is no way, she thought as she went to open the door. After opening it, she looked down and saw a kid. He couldn't be more than ten years old.
"Uhm... can I help you?" she questioned.
The boy responded with another question. "Are you Emma Swan?"
"Yeah. Who are you?" she questioned, growing concerned.
The boy looked happy. "My name's Henry," he said, giving a little bounce. "I'm your son."
Emma couldn't find words to respond.

Making his way to the Charming's apartment, Henry knocked on the door before walking in. Closing the door, he noticed them sitting on the couch, holding hands and speaking words of comfort to each other.
Henry suddenly became aware of tears streaming down his eyes. Forcing himself to blink them away, he made his way to them.
"Grandpa? Grandma? Regina, Robin and I are going to visit her grave later," he said, his voice shaking. "and we-well I-was wondering if you would like to come with us."
After a minute, they turned around and looked at him.
"We'll come... just give us a while," David finally replied.
