Chapter 7

On the ride to Ashlee's house I thought about what we could do. Maybe she already had something planned. But should I still think of something just in case? Shit ion know.

I sparked me a blunt I already had rolled and continued my way to her house. I found a park and put out the blunt. I put some gum in my mouth cause I don't like the way my breath smells after I smoke.

I walked to her apartment door and knocked a few times. No one came. I knocked a few more and Ashlee came to the door in a hoodie and some sweats. She looked at my confused.

"What are you doing here?" She said standing next to the door.

"Umm Bria said it was good to come thru." I explained.

She rolled her eyes. "I didn't say that."

"Isn't it your birthday? Happy birthday." I said with a grin.

"Are you high?" She asked me.

"Yeah something you should be too. Let me in scrub."

"Ugh whatever." She opened the door more to let me and lead me to the couch. we both sat down and she turned on the t.v.

"Why you not dressed? You suppose to be out having fun today."

"Yeah, I guess." She said staring at the TV.

"It's coo if I roll up?" I asked before I took out a blunt to roll.

she nodded her head.

I took out some herbs and split the blunt.

"So what you got planned for today." I asked as I filled the blunt.

"Nothing."

"Yet." I said winking.

She looked at me then looked back at the TV. "Why'd you come anyways." she asked.

"You like Six Flags?" I asked searching for my lighter.

She leaned forward and took the lighter off the coffee table and handed it to me.

"Yeah why?"

"Okay get dressed." I said lighting the blunt.

She shook her head and laughed. I took a puff then handed it her. "forreal go get dressed. And take the blunt i'll roll me another one. Hurry up too."

She hesitated but finally got up and left the room. I rolled me another blunt and grabbed the remote to change the channel. I closed my eyes for a few seconds and when I opened them again Ashlee was standing next to me.

"You ready sleepy head?" She asked laughing "Or we can stay if you want to nap more."

I looked around and got up. "Nah I'm ready. I was sleep?" I asked.

"I think for a hour. Yeah." she explained.

She looked cute. She had on Black jeans with cuts in them with red sneakers. She wore a black crop and her hair was curled. She smelled good too.

I licked my lips and followed her out the door. "Come on. I'll drive."

"You better not be scared of roller coasters." She laughed as we waited in line for the ride.

"I don't think you're suppose to get on these things when your high." I said looking at the ride we were about to get on.

"You'll be fine."

"You gonna hold me?" I asked pulling her close to me.

She looked at me confused and then smiled. "Maybe."
