"As you can see from the research, the only way to find an accurate result is to test your hypothesis multiple times." Ashlee was speaking for her part of the presentation that was due today.

"Thank you so much, you may have a seat." The professor told us.

I sat down and looked at Ashlee. We hadn't really talked since what happened at Bria's.

The professor dismissed class and everyone got up up to leave. Ashlee left out the room and I followed her.

"Yo Ashlee wait up." I said catching up to her.

"Wassup?" She said not changing her pace.

"You in a rush or something?" I said confused.

"No what do you need?" She said.

"Um you good?" I said looking at her.

"The project is over. We don't have to keep doing this." She spoke.

I was caught off guard, I thought we were at least friends. "This about the other night ?" I asked.

"I have a boyfriend it shouldn't -"

"And I have a girl. We just got carried away. We can still be friends though."

She smiled uneasily. "I guess."

I don't know why but saying just be friends to her didn't feel right. I brushed it off though.

"Me and Ant going to party tomorrow."

"I think Bria's going too."

"Yeah probably so.. That's why I need you to go cause I don't third wheel."

She laughed and nodded. "Sure."

I looked her up and down then stopped at her lips. I couldn't help that she looked so good, my lips wanted to touch hers again.

"Cam?" She said snapping me out my thoughts.

"Fasho. So I'll see you tomorrow kid." I said and we parted ways.

I was in the living room playing NBA 2k16.

"Get big nigga!" I said referring to the game.

I heard the door open and close and assumed it was Aliyah coming home.

"Where you was at?" I asked her.

"I can't go out anymore?" She questioned back.

I paused the game and followed her as she went into the kitchen. I grabbed a water out the fridge and leaned on the counter.

"Ay, who Justin?" I asked watching her.

"Huh?" She said her eyes getting a little big. "Justin? who what are you talking about?"

I looked in her eyes and at her body language to try and give me an answer.

"You cheating huh?" I asked with a plain face.

"What... No!" The way her voice was told me she was lying.

I started to walk out the kitchen and she grabbed my arm.

"Cam..." She said trying to hug me. "You love me?" she said looking into my eyes.

"Yeah man." I said nonchalantly.

She tried to kiss me but I turned my face away. I wasn't in the mood.

"Alright then.. " she said lowly and walked away.
