I gently opened the door and snuck inside, everything was dark, really dark. I quickly made my way to the computer which was the only source of light and tried to figure out the password. I remembered reading in his records of a certain incident that happened when he was younger that took place in Aniva, I typed it in and with luck it worked.
I began to read all types of documents, a $25 million deal with the Chinese for a type of some type of serum and some prototype EM guns that weren’t even finished yet in the US, as I kept reading there where deals with Australia, Italy every mafia you could imagine.
As I kept reading I realized that the serum was to be used to kill people by just a couple drops, it contained venom from coral snakes and also a drop of uranium. What plans did he have for this besides selling, there where picture in the prime minister, the president and other important and famous people.
As I kept looking through the files the doorknob suddenly began to move I had to hide the files quickly and began to log off. I quickly ran but it was to late Andrick came through the door in only his sleeping pants, man he had a body of a god.
“Adelina what are you doing in here, my office is off limits if I’m not in here?!” he snarled.
“I was looking for you to ask you something very important.” That was the first that popped into my mind;
“What is it?”
“How come you never married?” that was all that I could think of in that moment.
It seem like it bothered him to answer the question because of the face he made. He looked as if he seen a ghost, I didn’t know what to think or say next. His face was pale white, expressionless ‘til he responded…
“I never found the right women, everyone I had in my past only wanted the good life or would be a spy…..those who were with me for money are now unknown to Russia and those spies are now not existing. Besides I don’t believe in love and don’t want anything to do with it. Does that answer your question?”
“I guess so….sorry for asking I didn’t think it would be that way when it came to you.” That’s all I could say, there really nothing I could say, I wasn’t the comforting type and it looked like he wouldn’t have it anyway.
“If that’s all you wanted then get the hell out of my office. NOW!” he growled.
I left but I could feel his gaze on my body, the thing I couldn’t explain to myself was why. At that moment I really didn’t care I just went back to my room to call HQ and give them the Intel.
“Boss. I have some important info.”
“Talk Rodriguez I’m listening.”
“He’s made a serum and has a deal to sell to the biggest mafias out there, the thing is it’s made of coral snake venom and uranium with pictures of the prime minister, president and a whole lot of important people.”
“What?!”
“There’s more….he also selling EM guns, they aren’t even done yet.”
“This is worse than we thought, you need to get closer to him Rodriguez, you have a new job. Get near him, I don’t care if you have to become his fucking buddy, you’re going to get close to him and get all the info we need, DO YOU UNDERSTAND?!”
“What?! ARE YOU INSANE?!”
“YES I AM! IF THAT’S WHAT IT TAKES!”
“UGH FINE.”
With that I went to sleep thinking of how I was supposed to make that possible when he didn’t want nothing to do with any women, but he did say fucking buddy…..
Maybe I have a chance.
