What About Love-part 3

Austin's POV:

I head out into the parking lot and got into my car. I stay there for a moment trying to take it all in.

I just can't believe Skyler's dead!

I start crying again.

I start the car engine and drive home, crying.

*Next morning*

I wake up realizing that all of this isn't a dream, it's reality! Skyler's really gone! I can't even eat anything! I'm just so torn!

*the phone rings and Austin's picks it up*

"Hello?"

"Hello is this, Austin Mahone?"

"Yes?"

"Hi this is the hospital. We need you down here right away."

"Is something wrong?",although I know everything is.

"We just really need to discuss something with you."

"Okay I'll be there right away!"

*hangs up phone*

I just put something on quickly, not even bothering to shower.

I get in my car and go to the hospital. When I arrive, I get out of my car and run in.

As soon as get in there, a women calls my name. I go up to her.

"You're Austin Mahone?"

"Yes"

"Okay well there's good news and bad news! The good news is we can save Skyler! We will have to be doing brain surgery on her."

"Oh my gosh! Thank god!! Thank you so much!",I say hugging the doctor, then I let go, "you can save her, but she'll be paralyzed?"

"Well actually, the surgery will recover both!"

"Oh good!....wait so whats the bad news?"

"Well, the bad news is that she will lose her memory."

"So she won't remember anything and there's no way to get it back?"

"Well we don't know. You might get her to remember things but we're not sure with the surgery we're presaging."

"Ok.....so when's the surgery?",I say tearing up.

"Well, all you need to do is sign some papers and then we'll get started."

The women hands me the papers to sign.

"When will the surgery be done?", I ask.

"In about 3 hours."

"Do you mind if I wait here?"

"Nope go ahead!"

I sit down in the waiting room and think this all through.

What if I can't get her memory back? What if I'm a stranger all her life?
