Chapter 9- Dinner

(Andrea's POV)

Tonight we are having dinner with Austin and his mom, Im kind of glad because I want my parents to get to know Austin and his mom better. I don't want them to think that Austin is just my

'Internet friend' because he's not. He is my real best friend.

I took a shower and picked out my outfit. I was wearing a cute pink blouse with a nice neckless. White parents and put on some heels.

I went on and did my regular makeup. I looked in the mirror to make finishing touch-ups to my outfit and makeup. I was finally satisfied.

We were having dinner at Austin's house because we still had boxes out in my house.

"Andrea! You ready? We're about to leave!" My mom shouted from downstairs.

I quickly walked downstairs giving her a nod. My mom was carrying a chocolate cake to take to the dinner. We were obviously walking to their house because they live next door.

"Isn't dad coming?" I asked. "He couldn't. He had an important meeting to go to." She replied.

Of course.

The door bell rang and Austin's mom Michelle opened the door.

"Hello! Come on in!" Michelle said.

"Thank you! You sure have a very lovely home!" My mom replied. Oh these people with their 'lovely' words.

"Thank you!"

We all walked to the kitchen were Michelle was cooking. She started to put plates in the table.

"Do you want me to help?" I asked Michelle as I grabbed plates and started to place them on the table too. "So sweet of you Andrea! Thank you!" Michelle answered. I smiled.

I finished placing the forks, spoons and etc.

"Andrea, Austin's upstairs. Go ahead me and your mom will finish cooking!" Michelle suddenly said.

"Okay, thank you." I replied and walked upstairs to Austin's room.

"Hey Au-" I stopped my sentence when I saw Austin shirtless. Wow, that kid has abs.

I tried not stare so I turned my body the other direction.

"Oh Im sorry." I said.

Austin laughed.

"Its okay, its not like I have boobs."

"Right." I said chuckling and turning my direction back to him. He now had a shirt on.

"Hey, so when are these people coming?" A boy said walking into the room but then stopped when he spotted me.

"ANDREA?" He said loudly. I think Austin told him about me.
"Dude, why didn't you tell me 'Andrea' was our neighbor?" The boy slapped Austin's arm. Wait 'our' is he my neighbor too.

I still had no idea who he was. "Sorry, we just saw each other yesterday." Austin replied. "Wait. You're my next door neighbor too?" I asked confused.

"No, but yes." The boy replied. Well that helped. Austin rolled his eyes at his stupidness.

"He lives in this neighborhood."Austin said. Now, that makes sense.

"Sorry, You probably think Im a freak. My name is Alex Constancio." Alex said.

Oh yeah, Austin has talked about him.

"Oh its you. Austin talks about you." I replied nodding.

"DINNER'S READY!" Michelle said from downstairs. We all ran downstairs and sat in the table. I was sitting next to my mom and Alex. Austin was sitting in front of me and his mom next to him.

"So how did you and Austin like start talking?" Michelle asked sweetly.

"Well, my friend and I were supposed to Skype this other friend but we ended up Skyping Austin by accident. We started talking and stuff and that's how we became friends. I was a surprise to know that Austin was my next door neighbor." I replied smiling at Austin.

"Small world huh." My mom replied. "Yeah." I said thinking. Imagine if I never had that 'Accidental Call' with Austin. This would be the awkwardest dinner, if I didn't know who Austin was, but Im glad I do. And Im glad he's my best friend too.

Hell0. Thanks for reading y'allll. Haha anyways I know its short. I have writers block:((((( I really want to make this story longggg, but I don't know how Im going to do it when I get writers block like all the time. (P.S if you don't know what 'Writers Block' is. Its when writers don't know what to write on their stories or whatever, its also when you just get stuck and can't think of much ideas for the stories.)
