Hmmm... Should I, or should I not? I want a Raichu... but then again, maybe I want to keep Sparks as a Pikachu.

It will get stronger... but then it could get slower.

I don't want to end up like Lt. Surge when his Raichu got out-sped by Ash's Pikachu.

But I wouldn't want my Pikachu to nearly die after taking a pointblank rage Hyper Beam on the face by a trainer's Raichu.

Hmm...

I have the Thunderstone. (which I just now learned I can buy, so I brought it after wasting time looking for one...)

WHY IS MAKING DECISIONS SO HARD IN THIS GAME?!
