Bring it on! (Newt fanfic)on hold

Thank you minho!

I spent the day trying out for a builder, medjack, cook, slicer, and all the other jobs. So far if I had to pick one I would pick medjack. It's better than most jobs. But I still want to run. I mean it's ok in the glade, but I rather help find a way out of here.

I ran my fingers thorough my long curly brown hair as I grew deeper into my thoughts. I kept thinking of different things when I heard someone call my name. I looked up and I saw Minho running towards me.

"Hey arnt you suppose to be running? Your not suppose to be back for an hour." I said standing from the ground to hug him. I know I've only been here a day or so but Minho has become like a big brother to me.

"I ran a bit faster today I wanted to hang out a little bit before the Bon fire tonight." He sad giving me a hug.

"Bonfire? Oh Bonfire! I completely forgot about that." Minho just chuckled to himself. "What's so funny?" I asked him pulling away from the hug.

"Newt is staring at you." He said looking over my shoulder.

"Yea right he's probably just wondering why your here so early." I chuckled at my response. He just shook his head and chuckled with me, as he slipped his arm around my shoulders.

We hung out and laughed together all afternoon, till Thomas came out of the maze.

"When did you get back?" Thomas asked Minho as he came up and hugged me.
"About an hour an a half ago." Minho told him.
"What! Why so early?" Thomas said as he pulled away from the hug. Thomas was like my second big brother, both Minho and Thomas are my best friends. Newt is too, but he's always really busy so he really can't hang out like Minho and Thomas can.
"I ran faster today so I could hang out with charity a little bit before the bonfire tonight." Minho said put an arm on my shoulder as if he's leaning on me for balance.
"Ok cool! So how was try outs today?" Thomas asked me. I sighed.
"Don't even ask." Thomas just chuckled.
"That bad huh?" I just nodded. "So what do you want to be?" Minho asked me.
"I want to be a runner." I say boldly.
"A runner? Yea I could see you as a runner. Try outs tomorrow." Minho said. I looked up at him with complete shock on my face.
"Your letting me try out?" I said with pure surprise lacing in my voice.
"Yea I could see you as a runner. Plus it would be nice to have a another pretty face in there." I chuckled at his words as Thomas had a fake hurt expression on his face.

"Oh my god thank you! thank you! thank you!" I said as I jumped on Minho. He picked me up and held me as I wrapped my arms and legs around him. He just laughed.
"Your very welcome princess." I hoped down followed them to the bonfire with happiness flowing through my body
