I walked around hoping I will meet any other people I know but I had no luck. I saw Dana and she was staring at me. So many thoughts came through my mind. She was beautiful but it felt very odd liking myself. She motion me to come to her. Once I got there she told me a plan. "Hey Davon. Me you and Kalen are gonna keep guard for the next 4 hours. Here's a shotgun. You know how to use it right?" She asked. "Yes I used a rifle also years ago." I said. "Good. Now lets go." She said. Me and Kalen followed behind her as she left out the door. "Hey Kalen. You gaurd over there to the left. And Davon, you can gaurd near me if you want." She said. "My heart was racing. She must like me! I thought. But I couldn't have my emotions councure my mission. I stood next to Dana. I saw her stare at me a few times when I wasn't looking. "Are you OK? She asked me. I can kinda feel your emotion." She said. "Yeah I'm OK. It's just that this is my first time fighting monsters." I lied. Kalen looked over and saw us. His face turned bright red. He reminded me so much OK Kayla. I missed her so much. When I looked over to Kalen and he glared at me. That look made me feel uncomfortable knowing he had a gun and can shoot me at any time. I just looked away and continued guarding. A few minutes later, I saw a shadow. I went to aim for it. Before I had a chance to pull the trigger, Kalen shot it first. Then he gave me that stare. That stare someone gives meaning STAY AWAY FROM MY GIRL. I gave him that stare back. He just snorted and left. I stayed beside Dana and waited for more Shadows.
