Chapter 10: Dana?

After younger me left I headed downstairs. I went into the kitchen to find food. All there was to eat that didn't have mold was oatmeal. The power didn't work and the water seemed brownish. I had to eat the oatmeal without anything. After that, I begin to fall asleep. I appeared up panicking. I saw Dana calling me. Davon. DAVON HELP!!! I didn't know what to do or what was happening. Was it too late? Voices were going through my head. Time traveling is BAD! I begin to panic more and more until I finally awaken. I was breathing hard and had sweat all over me. I looked out the window and saw the bright sun shining on my face. For a quick second it made me fell like my childhood. Before all of this happened. When there was no worries in the world. But that quickly faded away after seeing the crushed and broken buildings. I got up looking for food. I was extremely hungry. I needed to find food. So I went outside. The only place I know of that has food at this point is the place Dana made. But they don't have enough food. Then I thought for a second. They do have enough food. It's just that Kalen don't want me to be there. Why was I so stupid. I need to go there and sneak some food out. Many if I blend in with the crowd, I might be able to do it. I walked to the house and walked to a window at the side. I looked through and saw lots of people and no sign of Kalen and Dana. I tried to open the window but it was locked. I tried all of the other windows that was on the house but found no unlocked window. I had no choice but to go through by the door. I went to the door and knocked. It was silent. I knocked again. I heard someone rushing to the door. It was Kalen. "Oh. Your not Dana. We told you we don't have no food for you." He said. "I just need a little." I begged. He paused for a minute and said fine and invited me in. Everyone looked depressed. A few seconds later he came back and gave me a slice of cheese pizza. "Now go." Kalen commanded. "Where's Dana?" I asked. "W-We don't know a right now. She left out yesterday night shortly after you and didn't returned. All she said was she was taking a walk." Said Kalen. I became worried and wondered where she can be. "I'll search for her." I suggested. "No. You caused enough trouble. Go and don't come back." Said Kalen. "Kalen. Many he can help. He knows her." Said a person from the crowd. "We all know her too but did that help? NO! So how can he do any more than what we done?" Argued Kalen. "It's because I am her from an alternative universe..."
