My eyes slowly fluttered open to see a white, clean ceiling. I began to sit up when a sudden rush of pain hit me in the head and mainly my neck. I fell back onto the what I assumed pillow and clenched my teeth together teying to bare the throbbing pain.
Footsteps walk towards where I am and I turned my head. Jin. I quickly turned my head the opposite direction despite the pain it caused.
"Why are you looking away? Take these, they should set aside the pain for a while."
I slowly turn my head and grimace, attempting to sit up. I quickly grab the oil he had in his hands and threw them to the bavk of my throat and swallowed. I then averted my eyes from his direction, embarrassed.
"Where am I?..." I asked still looking away.
"In the school's nurses office."
"Oh...thanks for um...saving me"
"No problem. You deserved it."
"Yeah..."
Jin took my chin lightly and turned my head towards him,"why are you being so distant?"
"Why shouldn't I be? I completely made a freak show back then."
"Thats the past Baek Ma Ri, this is now. Its okay."
"No its not! I wouldn't leave you alone! My feelings for you were so strong that when you ended it I freaked out and became possessive! "
"And I was a jerk. It was a stupid desicion breaking up with you im sorry...I really am..."
"Im sorry too..."
I looked away again and emotional pain ran through me as the memory of us breaking up cane into my mind.
"I guess I should walk you home now...
"Don't, you don't need to." I said.
"Its 9:14 pm. Its dark so I do need to"
"Im fine on my own..."
"Listen I know I hurt you last year...but please don't let it get between us getting along as regular human beings..."
I stopped thinking for a moment and just sighed,"okay."
After that he walked me home. The walk was mostly quiet due to awkwardness. But it wasn't surprising. Once we reached my house he stopped at the front door.
"Okay well uh...see ya."
"Yeah...bye..."
You then walked into your house and ran into your room. I'm NOT going to school tomorrow...
