Jake was sitting alone in the choir room. He was feeling horrible. He had just told Marley that he didn't love her anymore and that he likes a different person. He never liked seeing her cry but when he said that she had the right to cry. The only thing that would make him better is Kailah.

Jake had been crushing on the new girl Kailah ever since she moved to this school. He really wanted to be with her but he couldn't, because he was with Marley. And well now..there probably over. He sat there just saying her name over and over in his head.

He knew that it was creepy but he just couldn't help it. There was just something about her that made him feel the the way he feels for her. Little did Jake know that around the corner, Kailah was walking to the choir room. She had forgotten her math book and left it in the choir room. The thing was Kailah couldn't stop thinking of the guy the she liked.

She felt stupid for liking Jake Puckerman. He was with Marley and she was beautiful. Only a fool would let Marley go. Just as Kailah was thinking about them together a crying Marley came running down the hall.

"Hey Marls what's wrong?" Kailah asked standing infront of her.

"Go Away" Marley screamed.

"Marls it's me, Kailah" Kailah smiled.

Marley looked up and she didn't look too happy.

"You" Marley said pointing at her.

"Me?" Kailah asked confused.

"You are the reason that Jake and I just broke up" Marley yelled.

"What you broke up?" Kailah asked surprised.

"YES AND IT'S ALL YOUR FAULT!" Marley screamed running away from Kailah.

Kailah looked at Marley running down the hall where she met Ryder and Kitty. Kailah was so confused. She turned around and as she was walking she heard Kitty yell at her.

"I HOPE YOUR HAPPY!"

Kailah wasn't going to get bullied again in this school. She kept walking and ingorned Kitty. Kailah was holding back the tears. All she had to do was get her math book and leave. She could avoid them and go out the other way. As she reached the choir room as could hear Marley's cries from down the hall. She stood and listened to her moan. A few seconds later Kailah heard footsteps. Those footsteps turned into someone racing down the corridor. Kailah knew ext-ally who it was. She darted into the choir room and stood against the door. She looked out the small window on the door and she saw Kitty race past her, She let out a sigh of relieve before someone scared the life out of her.

"You okay there?" Jake asked her.

"Oh my gosh, Jake you scared me" Kailah smiled turning around and facing him.

"Sorry" He laughed turning on the lights.

There was silence between the two and they just either looked at the ground or laughed.

"Um Jake?" Kailah asked him.

"Yeah?"

"Why are you here?" 

"Oh,um...well...I broke....I broke up with.....with....Marley" Jake mumbled putting his hands in his pockets.

"Oh, really? I'm so sorry" Kailah acted.

Kailah was always a good actrest. Here mom wanted to send her off to an acting school before she came to William McKinley High School. Kailah was actually meant to be in L.A right now, but she wanted to have an education before being on the big screen.

"Yeah we broke up like only a few mintues ago" Jake said tunring away and sitting on a chair.

"Oh, I'm so sorry" Kailah replied walking over to him and sitting down beside him.

"No, don't be she's probley off in someone else's arm's and by 'someone else' I mean Ryder" Jake said doing a hand gesture.

"Wait Marley liked Ryder?" Kailah asked confused.

"Yes and no" Jake said looking up at me.

"Wait, I'm confused" Kailah smiled.

"I'll tell you, before Marley and I got together she was with Ryder for about two weeks. Myself and Ryder both liked Marley and we used to hate each other. Then one day when Ryder couldn't take her out for reasons that I can't tell you, she asked me and ever since then we have been together" Jake explained.

"Oh, okay now I get it" Kailah smiled. "But why did you break up with her?"

"Because I like someone else" Jake relpied with a smile.

"Oh" Kailah said trying not to show that she's hurt.

Jake smiled at Kailah and looked at her.

"And she's sitting in this very room" Jake said taking her hand.

Kailah looked up at him. She smiled and then looked back down at there hands.

"So Kailah, will you go out with me?" Jake asked her smiling.

"I-I-I will" Kailah mumbled.

"Good, I'll see you tommorow babe" Jake said standing up and kissing her cheek.

He walked out of the choir room and left Kailah smiling. She stood up and smiled. She walked over to her book and picked up her math book. She smiled to herself and waked outside the choir room. Kailah skipped to her car and threw her bag into the car. She jumped in and as she was staring she said to herself:

"Jake Puckerman is my boyfriend!"
