Marissa walks through the halls of McKinley before entering the choir room. She smiled at everyone before making eye contact with Artie. She had a crush on Artie ever since she joined glee club. She didn't care that he was in a wheel chair. She didn't care that he wore glasses. All she cared about was that he was one of the sweetest guys in the school. Marissa would give up everything just to be with Artie. But she knows Artie is still trying to get over his last girlfriend Kitty. They had broken up last month and Kitty had already moved on from him.

"Alright Guys sit down Artie has something to say" Mr Shue said as he clapped his hands together.

Artie wheeled in front of the piano. Marissa knew that he was gonna sing to Kitty and to try and get her back. She really didn't want to sit here and listen to the guy that she was madly in love with sing to another girl. Marissa felt like getting up and just leaving the room but she knew that she couldn't do that. So she leaned on her books and watched Artie talk.

"Well eh I have a feeling that you all think that I'm gonna try and Kitty back but I've finally excepted that she has moved on and that she does want me to move on" Artie started. "So I really like this one girl in here and I don't think that she knows that I'm in this room. Erm..so Marissa this one's for you." Artie said making Marissa sit up.

Marissa looked at Artie as he wheeled over to her. She smiled as he took her hand. She always wanted Artie to take her hand like the way he took Kitty's or any of the girls he had been with.

Artie wheeled away as he sand, but he kept his eyes locked on Marissa's.

The other boys joined him and started to sing and dance with him as he looked at Marissa. She couldn't stop smiling. The guy that she had loved for like ever was singing to her and he was singing a love song to her.

What Artie was singing was true. Marissa and Artie had been friends ever since Marissa joined the school. He was the first one to talk to her. He was the first one to actually bring her around the school. He was the first one to be her friend.

He wheeled back over to her and took her hand. He ushered her to sit on his lap. She sat on his lap and he rolled her right into the middle of the choir room as he sang to her.

Marissa got off his lap and kneeled down they looked at each other and they couldn't stop looking at each other. What they felt was real. It wasn't a joke it was real.

Artie hugged Marissa and she held him so tight. Everybody was clapping and cheering as they hugged. Artie broke away the hug and cupped Marissa's face.

"Marissa I have always loved you, from the moment I saw you I knew that I loved you. I've always had a missing part of me, but now I think that I've found it" Artie said as he pulled Marissa in for a kiss.

"Marissa?" He asked

"Yeah?"

"Will you go out with me?"

"Yes, Yes, Yes" Marissa cheered before kissing him again. The whole glee club clapped as they kissed.
