«-Hey! Didn't party to hard last night, did you? » Taina asked to Kayleen, coming back home to their apartment with her 2 years old son, Thomas. Taina was Kayleen's best friend. They've know each other forever, grew up together, experiences almost everything together, and now they were living in an apartment together in a small suburb of Sydney. Taina was a nice tall 22 years old girl with long blond hair and big blue eyes. She was always been a lot more rebel than Kayleen. She's been a punk all her life and she kept the style but was become wiser as she got older. She had her son, Thomas, when she was 20 years old and got way too drunk at a party.

«-Not that much actually. I only had a couple of beers. » Kayleen answered. She got up of the couch and took Thomas in her arms to give him a big hug.

«-And how was the night? » Taina asked while Thomas was giving a big hug to her godmother.

«-It was lovely. » Kayleen said vaguely.

«-And? That is all!?

-I met someone. »

«-Oh! Really?! » Said Taina smiling at her.

«-Yes...

-Well give me details!!

-We talked a lot.

-Come on Kay, I wanna hear the whole story! » Taina said, taking a beer out of the fridge.

«-There's not a lot to say Tai, we talked most of the night. We danced together couple times and we kissed. » Kayleen said, putting Thomas back on the floor.

«-You kissed? That's not nothing! » She said laughing. «What's his name? How is he like? Are you gonna see him again?

-It was just a little kiss! » Kayleen said, rolling her eyes. «His name is Ashton. He's tall, dirty blond hair, beautiful hazel eyes. He has a nice smile and a great laugh. He is very nice. And I don't know if I am going to see him again.

-You should! That's so cool!

-Why is it so cool? It's just a guy. » Kayleen asked, picking up something to eat in the fridge.

«-Well I''m happy for you.

-Thanks. But it's not like he's my boyfriend.

-But it's still cool though.

-Mmhmm. I'm not sure he has my number though.

-Oh well, I don't know either. » Taina said laughing before asking Thomas what he wanted to have for diner.

«-Pasta. » Thomas said, playing with his toy in the living room.

«-Alright, »Taina said, getting up to go make diner.

«-Where were you this morning? » Kayleen asked Taina, playing on her cell phone. She was now sitting at the kitchen's table.

«-Thomas had his swimming class and then we went shopping and to the park.

-Oh right, I forgot about his class.

-It was his last for the season.

-Really? Dammit! I never got the chance to go with you. » She sighed. Her phone started to ring and vibrate in her hands which made her jump. « Holy hell! Who's that? » She thought. Unknown was the name written on the screen.

« -Hey it's Ashton! It was very nice meeting you tonight. » She read in her texts.

« -Oh my god, it's him! » She said looking at her phone. She had no clue what to answer him.

« -What did he say? » Taina asked.

« -That it was nice meeting me with a smiley face. What am I supposed to say to this? "It was nice meeting you too?" It's a shitty answer.

-Yeah well... Go with your feelings.

-Would it work if I say "it was nice talking to you, you have a nice face"? No, uh? » She asked, starting to write before erasing the whole thing. « How about "Hey Ashton, it was nice to meet you too. I had a really good time with you"?

-Yeah that's good! »

Kayleen smiled and pressed the send button on her phone. Then, she went to her contacts and saved Ashton's number in her phone.

« -Would you like to have a good time again? » He sent back.

«-Sure, what do you have in mind? » She sent. « He's asking me out, » she said to Taina.

« -Wanna come to our show tonight? » He asked as Taina was smiling at her.

« -Yes, of course. Can I bring someone with me? » She asked Ashton.

« -Depends who?

-My Best friend. Her name's Taina.

-Yeah sure!

-Awesome. Where and when? » She sent him. Tai, find a babysitter for Tom, we're going out tonight. She then told Taina.

« -Where? » Taina asked as Ashton was texting Kaylee to give her the details.

«-We're going to a pop-rock show, if I remember well.

-Alright, » Taina said before serving diner.

«-Ashton will meet us there. He's actually the one playing on stage. » Kayleen explained, reading Ashton's texts at the same time.

« -Cool!

-Is the Hordern Pavilion a big place?

-Are you fucking kidding me!? It's fucking huge!

-Oh! » She laughed. «That's where we are going. They might be popular then.

-Shit!

-Maybe you know them. They're called; let me remember... 5 seconds of summer!

-Wow, really?!

-That's what he told me! You know them?

-Well yeah, they're like the most popular band right now!

-Oh right! The one we saw on tv the other day. » She said. «I'm nervous now! » She laughed.

«-It'll be fun!

-I'm sure it will, we have backstage access!

-Nice! » Taina smiled.

Kayleen smiled back. She continued to talk to Ashton for a while. Taina called her friend to babysit Thomas. The girls both got ready and left for the show once Thomas' babysitter arrived.
