Chapter Two

The next day...

I saw him outside. Playing with his friend I can't help but to notice every little thing he did. The way he walk. The way he talk. The way he smile. The way... I shooked my head. What am I doing?

"Are you crazy, Hans?" I asked myself. I should stop myself from doing something strange.

"Look at Brent! Do you think he have someone?" I heard some girls talking. They are looking out the window.

"I don't know. You should ask him," she answered. "So you can confess about what you feel."

The other girl flustered. "It's embrassing. What if I get a rejection? Or else, he have someone? What should I do?"

"Hmm... Let it be! At least you've try."

If I am a girl. I'll confess.

"Eh? No! No! No!" What in the world am I thinking?

"Hans!"

"Aaaah!"

He laughed. It was Luke, my friend from other class.

"What are you doing here?" I asked him.

"I was looking for you at the canteen but you are nowhere to find so here I am!" he explained.

I forgot that I promised him that I will treat him lunch. "Sorry, Luke."

He smiled. "It's okay. The canteen was too crowded. So I guess, a bread and a juice will do?"

"Oh, thank you! I'll pay you later." I smiled.

I stopped for moment when I saw Hans' laughed.

Who is that guy? I asked myself. Hans never show that reaction to me even if I teased him. He just smiled.

"Hey, Brent! What's wrong?" my friend asked me.

"No. Nothing." There is something with me. I don't know what would it be.

"Ah! Look at Hans," he shouted. "I never thought that Hans know someone in this school. I thought he was a loner."

"You knew that guy?" I asked.

He nodded. "Yes. He's Luke from other class. And the Vice-President of our Student Council."

"Oh..."

"You know, there's a rumor about him being gay. Or a bi, I guess. He's into both sex."

"Do you think, he like Hans?" I asked him without thinking.

"Worried?"

"No. Just curious." And look at them again. This time, Luke was leaning towards to Hans. And to my shocked, Hans' laughed again.

"Well, if Luke's having a crush on him. It doesn't matter. That's their business not ours," he said. "And, Hans is kinda you know... uhm... beautiful. Too bad that he was a man," he continued.
