You walk to your apartment and begin to get your keys out from your pocket when you hear footsteps behind you. You look back and see your precious Charizard. You pat his head and open the door, walking in to your small apartment with your favourite pokemon.
When you plop down on the couch, you look over to see an orange face stare at you. You ignore it for a few seconds but sigh.
"Finee. I'll play with you but only for a little bit. I have exams tomorrow so I have to study, okay?" You sit next to your fire type pokemon.
"Charizard charizard!" You hear him say excidedly. You laugh and play with him until you hear a crash in the kitchen. You walk to the counter and see a black and red fire type looking at the floor.
"What did you break this time?" You sighed and walked up to your black and red Charizard. He was normally the tough one of your collected pokemon but around you, he acted like your original Charizard; mostly kind and loyal. You didn't see anything broken, just a few pans and boxes spilled. You went to shining charizard's eye level.
"If you were hungry, you could have just said so Charizard. I'm always here for you. Don't forget that." You smile and go to get both your Charizard's some food and put it in their bowls'. After they devoured their food, I heard the door bell ring. I opened the door to see Ian, my boyfriend standing on the steps.
"Hey! What's up?"
"I was on my way to town and thought I might ask you on a date later tonight?" You point to the stack of papers on your table.
"I'm sorry Ian but I have tons of work to do for the exams." He looks annoyed and sighs.
"Listen, ___ I've been thinking.." He trailed off and looked around the apartment. "All you've been doing lately is study and you haven't talked to anyone but your pokemon in months.. I don't think we're going to work out ___."
You look down at your feet and start to play with your jacket sleeves.
"Oh..."
"I mean it's not my fault so don't go acting like it is. You're the one who has no time for anyone but you and your studies." He sighed and walked out of your apartment saying goodbye. As soon as the door closed you could feel tears sliding down your cheeks and turned to see both Charmander's looking at you. You went to bed, to depressed to study or even work with your pokemon. Before you drifted off to sleep you could see shiny charmander climb on to the bed next to you.
•••Shiny Charmander's P.O.V•••
I saw ___ turn with tears pouring down her face. I've never seen her cry before. It enraged me that a few words from a human like that upset my trainer so much. I looked at Charmander and saw him going up the stairs with ___ and I followed. We climbed in to bed with her and drifted off to sleep.
---The Next Morning---
•••____'s P.O.V•••
You stirred awake to notice a man with black hair and red and black wings laying next to you.
"Who are you?!" You scream, scaring the man and making him fall of the bed. You turn to notice another guy almost identical but with orange hair and orange wings on the other side of you and screamed again.
"___ what's wrong?!" The one with black hair asked.
"Who are you?!" You screamed now at both of them.
"I'm Charmander." They both reply in unison. You stare at them for a moment and look at their wings. Their wings' seemed real and you couldn't think of any other way a person could have wings.
"How did you become human?" They looked at each other for a while before telling you they had no idea. Your thoughts drifted to last night and what happened when you suddenly remembered your exam today. You quickly looked over at the clock to see that it was already noon.
"No no no!" Both Charmanders looked at you confused.
"What's wrong?" The one with orange hair asked.
"Her exam idiot. She slept in."
---Time Skip---
It had been a month since your two charmander's had turned human. After a few weeks they started to argue but you could never tell what it was about. You eventually bought another bed and let them sleep in your room while you slept in the living room.
•••Charmander's P.O.V•••
Today was ____'s birthday and I wanted to surprise her with her favourite food and tv show but Shiny Charmander wanted to take her out to eat and go to a theatre. I was buisily baking so I could tell ___ my idea first but Shiny ran to the living room.
•••Shiny's P.O.V•••
I ran to the living room to wake up ___ but when I got there, I stopped and looked at her (s/c). It seemed to glow in the sun light coming from the windows. I sat on the floor in front of her and whispered her name but she didn't wake up.
"____?" I sang. She slowly opened her eyes and smiled at me.
"Morning." She said in a sleepy voice. Her voice made me melt as I slowly got up.
"Happy birthday sleepy head." She giggled and started to get up, wrapping her blanket around her as she walked to the kitchen. I walked behind her and stopped in the messy kitchen to see Charmander covered in flower and frosting. ___ giggled at him and gave him a hug. I could feel my face burn as my brother smiled at me and hugged her back.
I walked over to them and gave ___ a kiss on the cheek.
"So where we going today, birthday girl?"
•••___'s P.O.V•••
Shiny kissed me on the cheek and I could feel my face turn red as I walked back to the living room to sit on the couch.
"How about we just stay home all day and watch some anime?" You suggest.
"Ha! Told you that's what she would want to do!" Charmander taunted. Shiny rolled his eyes and came over to sit by me as Charmander sat on the other side.
"Actually.." You begin to think about something you've wanted to ask them for a while but never did as you were afraid of heights.
"Yeah?" Charmander asked.
"Um.. It's nothing.." You look down and begin to play nervously with the blanket.
"C'mon ___. Tell us." Shiny said.
"I...um.. Was wondering i-if you maybe would take me..flying?" You glance at them both to see smiles on their face's before you look at your hands again.
"Okay. I'll take you the first time and then Charmander can take you." Shiny said happily.
All three of you went outside to the back yard. You were nervous to go flying. You've never really been a big fan of heights especially since you flew in a plane and started having an anxiety attack one time.
Shiny interupted your thoughts and stood in front of you with his wings out.
"Ready?" He asked in his soothing deep voice. You nodded and he moved you closer to him, grabbing your waist. He smiled before taking off in to the air. You screamed and burried your face in his chest so you couldn't see how high you were. As you peeked over his chest, you could see tree tops passing you and birds gracefully gliding by then you looked at Shiny.
"I would never drop you ____. I would never hurt something I love." You blush at his words and bury your face back in to his chest where you could hear his heart beat quicken. You smile and look back up at your human pokemon.
"I love you too Shiny." You give him a kiss on his cheek and go back to watching the sky go by until you get back to the backyard. As soon as you land, Charmander anxiously walks towards you.
"My turn!" He says exitedly. You laugh and put your arms around his neck and he grabs you by the waist just as Shiny did. He took off more gracefully and held you close as you got higher.
"___?" You look at him, knowing what he was going to say. You knew he loved you. You knew both of your precious Charmander's loved you and you loved them both back the same. You would never be able to choose between the two of them. No matter what, you would always love them both the same.
Charmander was about to speak before you cut him off.
"I love you too Charmander." You say as he begins to blush. You giggle at him, making his face grow more red.
Soon afterwards, you were gently put on the ground and smiled at both of the human pokemon staring at you.
"That was amazing! Thank you guys." You hug them both and pull back to see them look at each other then back to you.
"What?" You said confused.
"We know you said that you loved us both ___." You look down at the ground.
"Which of us do you love more?" Shiny asked. You looked up at them both.
"I don't know.." You replied in a quiet voice.
"I love you both the exact same. I could never love one of you more than the other." You answered them truthfully. They each gave a half smile.
"You know eventually though, you will have to choose one?" You nodded at the orange haired boy. The both gave you a kiss on the cheek before heading back to the house and saying 'good night'.
---later that night---
You're running through the woods and you can't look back to see what's chasing you. You run until your lungs burn and you begin to feel light-headed when you begin to climb a tree to get away from whatever it was. You sigh and try to catch your breath as you look around to see what was chasing you. You look on a branch near you to see Charmander and Shiny staring at you in the darkness.
"Who will it be ___? One or the other." They say in unison.
"I don't know..." You reply. You begin to cry as the figures fade away and you fall out of the tree...
•••Shiny's P.O.V•••
I walk down the stairs to get a piece of leftover cake when I hear ___ whimper. I look over and see her shaking on the couch. Quickly, I go over and wake her up from her nightmare. As soon as her eyes opened, she let out a little scream. I pulled her in to a hug.
"It's okay ___. It's okay." Tears streamed down her face as I held her close. It pained me to see her like this. She hasn't been like this since her break up with Ian.. I pull away from the hug to see that she almost stopped crying.
"What was the dream about ___?" She looks down like she always does when she's nervous or sad. I ask again and she glances at me with sad (e/c) eyes.
"You and Charmander.." She squeaks out. You sigh and hold her close once more. You two, the ones who have always made her smile now were making her cry. I look down to notice that ___ was asleep again. I lay down with her and cover the both of us with the blanket.
"I'm sorry ___." I say before quickly drifting off to sleep with her in my arms.
---The next morning---
•••Charmander's P.O.V•••
I wake up to see that Shiny wasn't in his bed. I looked around up stairs before going to the living room to tell ___ that I couldn't find him when I see them both on the couch sleeping. My face heated up in anger when I walk over to the couch trying not to wake ___. Pushing Shiny's shoulder, I see his eyes open.
"What?" He asked still half asleep.
"What the hell Shiny?! We weren't supposed to influence her on her decision! We made a deal." I whisper yelled.
"Calm down. She had a nightmare about us, idiot. I walked down here and saw she was crying and she fell asleep on me." My mind suddenly went to the day Ian broke up with our trainer. That was the last time she cried until now. At least in front of us. I sighed and rubbed my eyes. I looked down at ___ who was still asleep and back at Shiny.
"Make her choose you." I mumble. His eyes grew wide.
"Really?? I thought you didn't want us to influence her."
"Just do it, idiot." I saw him smile before looking down at our ___.
•••Shiny's P.O.V•••
"Just do it, idiot." I smiled at my brother and looked down at my beautiful ___. She looked so peaceful when she slept. A piece of (h/c) hair fell over her face as I gently moved it back to it's place and kissed her forehead before returning to sleep.
--- A month later---
•••___'s P.O.V•••
You walked with Shiny in to the woods and started to sing lyrics from (f/s) (favourite song).
"___?" You heard a deep silky voice say. You look over to Shiny and smile.
"Yeah Shiny?" He stopped walking and looked at you with a serious face.
"I know it hasn't seemed long but... you have to choose.." You look down at your feet and back to your house in the distance before answering.
"Honestly?" He nodded.
"I choose you.." You felt bad for not choosing Charmander or not being able to always choose both. You looked up at the fire pokemon and saw a smile form on his face before he kissed you. You melted in to the kiss and stopped when you heard footsteps behind you. The both of you turned around to see Charmander.
"So I see you chose." His voice was happy as he smiled at his brother.
"Be good to her." He told the boy wrapping his arms around your waist and laying his head on your shoulder.
"I will." He said this with certainty in his voice. Charmander waved then walked away to let you two alone in the woods...

Sorry for taking a while to write all of these. I've had writers block for a while but tomorrow I go back to school so I won't be able to update until Tuesday. Sorry for the slow updating.
