I woke up to my now human pokemon Luxray. His long ish black hair swooped around his face as he looked down at me.
"Stalker." I said as I sat up. He laughed.
"I made you breakfast 20 minutes ago. I just didn't want to wake you up. By the way, you need a stuffed animal or something. You cuddle with anything near you." I blushed.
"Sorry.."
He smiled. "It's fine ___."
I got up and ate the breakfast my Luxray made me. His helpful nature really hasn't changed since he became human a few weeks ago. I smiled at my Luxray as I finished my breakfast.
"Thanks," I said getting off my bed. I began to head to my bathroom to get ready as he followed. I looked behind me and his chest crashed in to my face.
"Can I have some privacy please?"
He smirked. "I guess I could. I mean I'll just wait outside the door anyway but sure."
I laughed and went in to the bathroom. After I straightened my hair and got dressed in shorts and a Luxray t shirt, (I know, I know but he's always been my favourite pokemon), I walked out of the bathroom doorway, hearing Luxray saying something I couldn't quite understand.
He turned and looked at me.
"Ready to go?" I nodded.
•••Luxray's P.O.V•••
"Today I'll tell her. I'll tell her how I really feel." I paused to think. "But what if she laughs at me? Or says no or even makes me leave? I don't know..."
I could hear _____ opening the bathroom door. I turned and smiled at her, hiding how nervous I was.
"Ready to go?" Every day we either went to the park or the market together. My favourite was going to the market.
She nodded and we headed out of the house.
---An hour later----
We arrived at the market and began to look at food. While we were there, I made her laugh and one time, she laughed so hard that she almost fell to the ground. I would put my arm around her shoulders every time we passed another guy; my least favourite part about going out. Every guy could take my _____ away from me. The human I couldn't live without. Her smile brightens my world and if anyone ever dare to hurt her, I swear I would hurt them just as much as they hurt her. This is why I truly don't want any guy to be with ____. That and the fact I'm hopelessly in love with her. Stop thinking that, Luxray. You know she would never accept you like this. What, with your black and gold tail and round ears. To her I'm a freak. A nobody...
----A couple hours later----
•••_____'s P.O.V•••
I laughed as we headed home from the market. Luxray always made me laugh whenever we went out.
As I unlocked the door, my phone started to ring. Luxray walked in as I answered my phone in the door way.
"Hey ___?"
"Yeah?" I answered my friend Rian.
"Wanna hang out at the park today?"
"Sure! How about 4?"
"Okay. See ya then." He hung up and I walked in to Luxray and I's house. I plopped down on the couch and began to watch TV as Luxray came down the stairs with a blanket and some snacks.
"Yayy!! Snacks!" I yell.
"Oh okay. I see where I stand." He joked.
"And my Luxray!!" We both laughed and I got up to get some drinks from the kitchen. When I came back, he was laying on the couch with the blanket covering him.
"Pssst. Luxray." I stepped closer.
"Luxrayyy." I whispered as I stood in front of him.
"If you want the blanket, you're gonna have to get it." He said with his face in the pillow. I grabbed a corner of the blanket and tried to pull it off of my stubborn human pokemon. He smiled and tugged on the blanket, pulling me on the couch.
"Luxrayyyy! Let me up!" I laughed.
"Hey you're the one who tried to get the blanket." He smirked and I rolled my eyes as I just lay there, deciding it was pointless to try and get up. We watched movies and threw snacks at each other and laughed until I began to feel sleepy and close my eyes.
"_____?" I heard his voice as I drifted closer to sleep.
"_____? You asleep?" I still didn't answer as I lay my head on his arm. I felt him kiss my forehead and looked up at him, almost fully awake.
•••Luxray's P.O.V•••
As she didn't answer for a second time, I figured ____ was asleep as her head lay on my arm. I smiled and kissed her forehead. When I did, she looked up at me with her (eyecolour) eyes. I felt my face blush as I tried to look away but couldn't as there was no more room on the couch to move.
"_____.. I'm sorry.. I just-" I was cut off as she kissed me back. I smiled and pulled away."___, I love you. I have for a while. I just never really knew how to tell you.."
"I love you too Luxray." I smiled as my heart flew and I kissed her again. For the rest of the night, we cuddled and watched different shows and movies until she actually fell asleep. When she did, I looked down at her and rest my head on her shoulder, falling asleep as well.
---The Next Morning---
*____'s P.O.V*
I woke up with Luxray's arm wrapped around me and his tail curled around my legs. I smiled and got up to make us some breakfast when I heard someone knock on the door. I walked to the door in the same clothes as yesterday and opened it to see Rian.
"Rian I'm so sorry about last night. I-"
"What the hell ___?! You've never blown me off before! What was so important you couldn't-" Rian was cut off as Luxray walked up behind me and I looked at the ground.
"Why don't you calm down a little bit Rian."
"You've got to be kidding me," he smirked,"getting with your pokemon ___? How low can you get?"
*Luxray's P.O.V*
"How low can you get?" I ignored the comment from Rian and looked down at ___ to see she was staring at the ground, playing with her jacket sleeves. The sadness in her eyes made me enraged. I looked back at Rian who was still smirking and insulting ___.
"Why don't you leave, Rian?"
"Why don't you make me, freak." I stood closer and leaned to his ear.
"You better get your filthy ass away from our house or I will make you." I stood back and saw his smirk still plastered on his face.
"Threatening me now, freak?" He pushed me and I looked back at ___ to see her hiding by the door frame.
I looked back to him and punched his smile right off his face.
*____'s P.O.V*
I saw Luxray hit Rian out of the corner of my eye's. As Rian hit back, they began to hurt each other more and more.
"Guys stop, please." Neither one of them payed any attention to my words.
"Guys... Please! Stop!" I saw Luxray stand and back away from Rian. My human pokemon looked over to me with barely any marks on his face when I saw Rian about to hit him again. As he raised his fist, I ran in between them and felt a sharp pain spread through my side. I looked down and saw that he had been holding a knife that was now in my side. I looked over to Luxray as his eyes grew wide. Before I could fall to the ground, he caught me like he always has.
"___!!___ stay with me. You're going to be okay." I heard him faintly as he lifted me up and began to carry me before the blackness clouded my vision until I couldn't see anymore...
*Luxray's P.O.V*
"___!!___ stay with me. You're going to be okay." I picked ___ up and began to run with her to the hospital. When we got there, nurses were crowded around the front desk.
"Help! Help she's been stabbed!" I could feel ___ grow limp in my arms before the nurses took her away and one stayed behind to show me to the waiting room.
I paced back and forth despite the open seats in the small white room. It feels like it's taking forever. Where are they? I looked at the clock too see 5:00 a.m. I sighed and stared at the door. I swear, if she doesn't come out of that room okay in 10 minutes, Rian will get what he deserves...
---10 minutes later---
I looked at the clock. Exactly 10 minutes. As I began to head out of the hospital, a nurse stopped me.
"She's conscious as of now and she's asking for her Luxray. I'm assuming it must be you." I nodded and quickly followed him to the room my ___ was in. I walked in to see her on the hospital bed with a breathing mask. I stopped the doctor heading out of the room.
"What's wrong?"
"Well it seems as though the puncture wound has torn one of her lungs. She'll be fine just as long as she doesn't do any lifting of any kind or talk much and doesn't exercise for a while." I nodded and let him leave as I walked over to my sleeping girl on the hospital bed. I sat in a chair next to her and took her hand in mine.
"I'm so sorry___... It's my fault you're here. If only I stopped you from running..." I felt tears sliding down my face as I felt her hand in mine.
"L-luxray?"
"Don't speak ___. Please. I don't want you to be hurt more." She smiled.
"I love you Luxray."
"I love you too ___."
---One month later---

My lung was mostly healed by now but Luxray still didn't let me do anything by myself. I went to the living room and sat on the couch, motioning for Luxray to come over.
"No, ___. I don't want to hurt you by accident." He walked over and sat on the floor. I looked down at him. Getting up, I took my blanket and sat on Luxray's lap, covering us with my blanket.
"I love you my Luxray."
"I love you too babe."
I smiled and we lay together, watching tv...
