Chloe's POV ♡
I kept staring at Alvin .. He didn't look up to me nor did he make a sound.
He just kept staring at the kitchen table.
To be honest with you all, I don't know why he's feeling the way he feels.
Brittany finally knows the truth .. He's been wanting to tell her for a long time but never had the courage to tell her. Wonder why.
"Alvin .. are you okay?" I finally say. Breaking the silence.
Again, he doesn't even look at me and he mumbles "what do you think?"
I hate when he acts like this.
"This is what you wanted Alvin. You wanted to-" I say but then .. He cuts me off.
"No Chloe. This is what you want. Ever consider asking me how I feel?"
"Alvin you know I do .. I asked you how you felt about Brittany and you came throwing all this crap about her!" I tell him.
But what he said next really pissed me off.
"I said that stuff because at the time, I was angry with her. And besides, you said you would kill yourself senseless. Yeah I don't like you as much as I like Brittany but do you think I want you to kill our own kids?" He says.
"I know you don't mean what you said there .. you and me love each other."
"Loved." He said and finally looked up at me .. His eyes were so puffy and red.
"Loved huh? It's funny how you say that when just moments ago, it didn't seem like you were faking your love."
"J-J-Just go." He stutters.
"You know it's the truth. You hate accepting the fact that I'm right. You hate that-" and again I'm cut off.
Eleanor, Jeanette, Olivia and Ellie walk into the kitchen.
"you son of a-" Eleanor starts to say but Jeanette covers her mouth and then she starts screaming into Jeanette's paw.
"Sorry, she tends to swear a lot in situations like this .. but everything's she's blabbing, I agree with." Jeanette says.
"We just came in to make sure you were okay C" Ellie says.
I smirk at her .. But it wasn't the good type of smirk if you catch my drift and thank god she knows what I'm trying to say.
Jeanette finally lets go of Eleanor and takes her paw off her mouth and she just stands there .. giving me the dirtiest look in the world.
"Alvin .. what happened?" Jeanette says.
I look over to him ..
"I'm sorry guys .. I had too." He says.
Damn .. he really does care for these kids. Especially Brittany.
The room became silent .. That is, until Simon and Theodore came bursting through the door.
We all look at them with confuse faces and Theodore throws a pink bow on the floor.
"She's gone." Theo says in a low, dark voice.
And thats when, Alvin officially lost it.
