Alvin's POV :
"She's gone."
When Theodore said those 2 words .. I just .. I couldn't.
I was angry at the fact that she ran away.
I was angry at Chloe for causing problems in my real relationship.
But most of all, I was mad at myself for letting this all happen.
And there was nothing I could say or do to make this all stop ..
I had to protect those 3 chipmunks.
I hate myself for this.
I truly do.
"Alvin !" everyone screamed and so Theodore and Simon picked me up.
"Are you okay?" Theo asked and I nodded ..
"Can one of you guys get him a glass of water? He's looking a little pale." Simon asked and Eleanor quickly got off the counter and over to the fridge.
"Here you go Alvin .." Eleanor said handing me the glass of water.
"Thanks E." I say
"Now Alvin .. As I was saying, Brittany is gone .. And .. We don't know where she went." Theo said.
"She sneaked out of the bathroom window and by the time we got in, it was too late." Simon added him.
"We need to go look for her .. Who knows what may happen to her." I say.
And Chloe stepped into this conversation.
"But .. You need to stay here and .. help me with a few things."
Just so you know, they don't know about Chloe's pregnancy .. And I wish I could tell them, but I don't think right now is the good time.
The others looked at me confusingly .. There was no way I was gonna stay another minute with her.
"Your sisters can help you with that. The rest of us are gonna look for Brittany." I say.
"But I need you." she says in a sweet, innocent voice. Too bad those only work for Theodore.
"Yeah, and Brittany needs me. Let's go guys. Jeanette, leave a note for Dave."
"I'm on it !" Jeanette says.
And we all exited the kitchen.
Let the search party begin.
