The paramedics take George out the ambulance and hands him over to doctors who bring him to a room.
Paul and Ringo are following them, They're worrying and stressed about whatever is happening, they try to keep up with the running doctors who bring George from room to room to find any place for him.
Eventually there is a room. He gets connected to a heart monitor. The heartbeat is low 1 beat in 2 or even 3 seconds.
