The Big Move...

Few weeks later

Toni and Babyface haven't seen or heard from one another in about 6 weeks now. Babyface's wedding was quickly approaching. Nicole was so caught in planning the wedding and Babyface was so caught in fitting on his all grey Versace suit&tuxedo.

Wedding day

Toni decided that she would attend Babyface's wedding, although she was slowly dying inside. She decided she would show her face to not attract any suspicion. Adding her makeup as the girls came by her place.

"I still find it quite odd that your going after everything that happened between you and Face." Tamar chewed on her bottom lip.

"I mean, I don't wanna be rude. Wasting their money would just be rude, so am going."

"Okay Tone." Trina sighed.

Traci came walking into the room. Looking at Toni and her tight grey dress with one hell of a huge slit at each end. "Your looking hotter than the sun on a bright sunny day."

Tamar tilted her head looking at Traci confused. "Traci, the sun is always hot- never mind." Tamar shook her head.

"You look stunning." The girls told Toni causing her to smiled at them.

Toni had on a strapless dress with no bra.

Nicole was stressed out, she looked around at everyone that was in her dressing room. Tapping her heels on the ground. As Lucile did her makeup.

"Where's Kenny?" She asked nervously.

She had been sensing some weird feelings and reactions from everyone around her.

"He can't see you before the wedding my love, that's bad luck." Her mother told her.

"Well is he at the altar yet?"

"Yes he is there."

Toni got out her car that the butler held open. She walked up to the gate of the church. But froze in her tracks walking off into the direction of the garden. Taking a seat by the pond as she threw little stones into the water.

"Why you sitting here all by yourself?" Toni looked up and was caught by surprise.

"Shouldn't you be waiting on Nicole at the altar?" Toni asked. Looking back down at the pond.

"Yeah. But... I just had to get some fresh air before I make that big move again." Babyface chuckled. "Mind if I?" Babyface asked Toni referring to the open seat next to her.

Toni looked up at him. "Sure why not." Toni said sighing.

Toni leaned her head onto Babyface's shoulder. As they looked up at the clouds that were forming patterns.

"I wish I had fallen in love with you sooner."

What Babyface said caught Toni by surprise, she raised her head as she looked up at Babyface shocked.

"In love with me sooner?" Toni asked with narrowed brows.

"Yeah." He looked down at Toni. "I should've told you sooner, the day you told me the truth I should've told you the truth to."

"What truth?"

"That I love you. I love you Toni Michele Braxton. And I would shout it to the world if I weren't getting married right now." He chuckled.

Toni wasn't getting it. She got up. "Your an idiot. I don't get you. First you let me get away, now your telling me your in love with me, but your getting married! Do I look stupid to you! Do you think that I would get blinded by love this fast!"

"Toni-"

"Well your wrong, I wasn't born yesterday." Toni furiously said walking away.

Nicole was about to walk the altar. When her little brother came running towards her.

"Kenny's not here."

Nicole looked as if she was about to faint. Peyton looked up at her.

"Mommy. Daddy's not here?" She asked confused.

"What!!?" Nicole shouted.

"His not where he was 15 minutes ago." Her brother breathed.

Nicole peaked threw the door as she noticed Babyface nowhere in sight. She saw Toni seated next to her sisters. Nicole was furious.

"Where could he be?" Nicole squealed.

Pastor Anthony let everyone know that the wedding was gonna start a little bit later due to Babyface not being here yet.

The sisters all looked at Toni.

"He was with me." Toni said sternly. "But I swear nothing happened. I walked away and he still stood there." Toni felt like crying.

Toni's Pov

Could it be because of me?...

"His a no show!-" just when someone shouted Babyface came barging threw the door.

"Am here! I just needed to get some air!"

Toni looked up at Babyface. Stirring in her seat.

Wedding time

The wedding went on as Babyface and Nicole were in the middle of their ceremony. Toni couldn't take it anymore. She got up excusing herself from the church.

Babyface had noticed Toni walking towards the door.

"Do you Kenneth Brian Edmonds take Nicole Pantenburg to be your lawfully wedded wife?"

He was silent for a while as Toni was about to turn the doornob.

"Toni wait!!!"
