I apparently was white as snow, new for me, and my permanent tanned skin.

"I can't seem to find her, she keeps her past identity a secret from the world." He shrugged, as he pressed a few buttons on his high- tech bracelet making the image disappear.

"Our of pure curiosity," I said, "what exactly did Doom Le Roux do anyway?" I asked

"Long story." He frowned, almost as much as I was as I thought about how I most probably would be killed by this guy.

"I got time, and looking at how you're going," I smiled, trying to flirt "you got time too, besides you need a break..."

He fell for it, time to see, technically hear, what I'm doing one day to help destroy this world.

He slumped against the tree, why did he trust me? Anyway, go with the flow, find out what I did, or am gonna do, then run for the hills before he realizes I'm the future Doom Le Roux.

"If I remember correctly, her and her partner, more like sidekick, were criminals from the start but when they were thrown into Lava to die, they didn't die. They came out, stronger, or at least Doom Le Roux did, her partner was taken then to be drowned, but again, they had the All- Master on their side and she lived after drowning and being totally submerged for two days, they were invincible, nobody knows her motive, only she'd kill, and is killing to try kill the All-Master. So I was sent back to kill her."

Her sidekick? My best friend perhaps, Storm? But storm wouldn't , she couldn't, I'm not supposed to care enough to!

"Who... Who is her sidekick?" I was for the first time ever, shuddering as I spoke, please don't say storm thunder or some sappy sidekick name.

"Um, I think it's something like Pain Storm?" He sighed, he was obviously tired, but I wasn't letting him sleep until I understand and fully. "What I don't understand is how'd they live so long?" I asked scared. Again this was a first. I didn't care if I died, I didn't care if any other human died, but if their souls died, if all existence is destroyed because of me, yeah sure, I care.

"The whole lava and drowning thing happened a long time ago, people thought they died then in the year 3000, they started being spotted places, people panicked, and finally now, after all the spottings, they came clean and did it live, announcing they would be slowly coming, yes, but in the end, all would die, and their blood will permanently dry onto her hands as the proof of her power." Deep, but what would push me and storm to do that? Even if I had to attend church everyday and hear all that painful preaching, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't of done that. I have no excuse.

"Well I'm off to find her in the morning." He said as he slowly fell asleep against the tree.

"Can I come with?" I asked, hoping he'd be too tired to protest.

"Yeah, sure." My plan worked but he'd probably disagree in the morning, so let's hope there's such thing as a Drifler's word.

"Swear on the Drifler's word?" I asked hoping I didn't sound like a total idiot, which I didn't care if I did or didn't.

"Yeah, sure," is that all he knew to say? "I, um, swear on the Drifler's word thing, um, yeahhhh"

And he was off to dreamland in the middle of the day, and I had to go off home and be back before sunrise, what if he leaves without me? Drifler's word or not?

Ah, his high-tech bracelet, he probably can't live (or work) without it, so I'll just take , it's not stealing at all , it's simply a deposit for him takin me with on his little goose chAse.
