Chapter 17

Sarah and I walked down the long hall way towards make up and costume. It was only 5 hours away from my first world tour concert. “Woot woot!” I lazily threw my hands up into the air. “Oh god” Sarah yawned and put her headset around her neck. In hand she had a clip board with all my costume changes and song and my opening acts name.  Oh right, 5SOS ( 5 seconds of Summer) is opening for me in 4 hours so that is exciting. We walked into the medium sized room filled with snacks a vanity a rack filled with clothes a couch and a large coffee table. There were roses on the coffee table with a card. I gave Sarah a mysterious look and she shurgeed. I took the card and read aloud.

“Dear Gabbie, Have fun on your first concert for your first world tour! So proud of you! Give Sarah a kiss for me and Right about now I should be behind you” I laughed and turned around to find Gabby. My biggest best friend in the world. She completed our little clique. I gave her a big huge and her blonde pin straight hair moved as I almost tossed her over. “A!” Sarah screamed and wrapped her arms around Gabby’s neck. “You’re here!” I kept repeating it in shock. “I come to every single one!” Gabby smiled. “Seriously! I love you it’s official!” I gave her another hug.

Gabby, Sarah and I have been the finding nemo cast for life! I’m Dori , Sarah’s Nemos dad and Gabby is Nemo.  We have done everything you can possibly think of together. We have gone on vacations together , we swam with sharks together and that was terrifying! We do everything together and I don’t know what I would do with out them.

Gabby’s caramel brown eyes sparkled with the vanity lights and her pretty complexion seemed to glow with a tiny tan. Her hot pink bandue popped out of her tank top she was wearing a high waisted circle jean skirt and the tank top was tucked in. Her flats completed it and she had a tiny bag with her.

“I cant believe you are here!” Sarah smiled. “Of crouse I am!” Her voice echoed in the room. “You have to tell me everything about Cali?! Met any cute boys uhg uhg Maybe some one named Mike with black hair and green eyes that seem to sparkle in the moonlight!” I made is so dramatic and Gabby’s cheeks turned bright red. “Stop it! And it has been wonderful and yes I did meet many cute boys bbut Mike is different…. In a good way” she sighed a bit. “Uhhhhhh Gabby has a boyfriend Gabby has a boyfriend!” Sarah and I sung and danced while gabby laughed and sat on the couch. “Stop it both of you!” She threw a pillow. “How about Niall trying to eat your face!” Gabby almost screamed. We laughed expect for Sarah . She waved her hand slightly “You are just jealous because you didn’t get this” She posed . “You are my wife what are you talking about?” Gabby gave her a puzzled look. Sarah gave her the ‘Sarah face’ “ Be married to you …..” she gave her the bitch tone and she laughed a bit.

“Well haven’t you girls grown up so fast, I’m getting old!” We head a female british accent . “Mother!” we sang running to my mom how was wearing a DRESS! “Mother aren’t you suppose to be wearing pants not a DRESS!” I planted my foot on the ground and pouted. “I am a grown woman I belive I can do whatever  want” she lifted her head high. “MMMMMMMMM No you aren’t!” I argued. “You are going to regret wearing a dress hear I swear” I lifted my finger. My mother did not look old she had absolutely no ringles on her face. She can pass off as a 30 year old when she is 43. Her blue eyes glimmered and her hair was neatly rolling down her shoulders. Unlike me my hair is curly long and puffy hers are always loose curls. Always she doesn’t even do anything. It pisses me off sometimes.

“Watever” she blew her hand trying to imitate one of my usual sarcastic moves. Gabby and Sarah giggled. I narrowed my eyes at them all then walked to the chair in front of the lighten vanity.

Gabby, Sarah and my mom went into their own conversations. Oh and this isn’t really my mom she is Sarahs mom. We all just call her mom. She is kind of one to me. When my mom died I was devastated and Sarah’s family took me under their wing. No one knows about my father after I moved away when I was 7 we never talked to me since he never called or anything…. He is married now and has two sons……
