Chapter 4

Aniya and I ran down stairs hoping it was Shawn but it wasn't it was Brandon for Aniya with a rose in his hand. With a smile Aniya hugged Brandon and he held her by the waist. I was looking around for Shawn and was no where in sight.

"So where is Shawn" I asked Brandon.

"Well he was suppose to meet me at my house 30 minutes before our dates but he didn't show. But I'm sure he'll be here he's not that type of guy to stand a beautiful girl up without a great explanation.Trust me Janaya.

"Well lets just hope so well you guys have a great date"

As I watched them walk off holding hands I filled up with anger.But Thought of what Brandon just told me.my anger begin to go away. Then 1 hour later I begin to lose hope and might be alone on a Saturday.Then I received a text message saying.

Text Convo

"Sorry for sticking you up my sister Shanice had an asthma attack. Can I make it up to you another day.

"Is she ok. It's ok cause family is important. Of course you could make it up but when"?

"How bout tomorrow at 12pm"

"Ok sure TTYL"

After that messages I went up stairs and changed into something comfortable. I went down stairs and decided instead of watching a movie on TV I would rather watch sum on Netflix on my iPhone. After I finished watching Total Recall.Aniya came home as she ran up the stairs and looked back to see that I was on the couch so she came back down the stairs and sat next to me .

"So how was your date Aniya"I asked

"It was great he took me to a nice 5 star restaurant and it was beautiful. What about you"?

"Well there was no date his sister had an asthma attack. He's gonna make it up to me tomorrow so yea.

"Well that's good cause I'm going to hang at Brandon's house were gonnna watch a movie together. "

"Ok that's so sweet Aniya"

After a while I decide to hook my iPhone to my TV in the living room and watched a movie since Aniya also wanted to watch a movie.
