Chapter ten

"LILLY YOU SCARED ME TO DEATH"

She now stood in front of me in human form

"I can't believe you chased me and wrestled me to the ground'' I said in shock

"well I did try shouting you but you were so wrapped up in you're little bubble that you didn't even notice me"

"I'm sorry Danielle I just needed to know that you are ok because well I haven't had a call or any word that you are ok and still ALIVE so i had to find you" she said

"are you ok ?"

" Why are you out here alone?"

"are you running away?, is he that bad"

She bombarded me with questions and I couldent take it

"LILLY THIS IS NOT TWENTY QUESTIONS OK" I yelled over her.

What am I talking about. The last time I saw this girl I thought I would never see her again and now we are stood in the middle of a forest arguing.

'I'm sorry it's just you scared me and I'm all wound up now" I said apologising

"I'm sorry too for scaring you" she said as she walked over to me and wrapped her arms around me.

She pulled away and looked at me expectantly so ..... Spill

"Lilly to answer your questions, I'm fine, I'm out here alone because my wolf wanted to strech her legs and no I'm not running away and no he isn't bad at all, in fact he has treated me like a queen and he even let me out alone and trusted me not to run away and I was gonna call you today but I didn't get round to it because ..... Because I got sidetracked" I said, blushing at the end as i remembered what I got sidetracked with this morning.

"oh, well now I know you're ok I'll go" she said

"NO"I shouted as she began to turn around

"I don't want you to go yet" I said "come back home with me and you can meet Austin ..... Please"

She looked at me and started shaking her head

"Danielle ......" I cut her of mid sentence and she sighed

" if you come back with me I'll tell you all the juicy details of my time here and besides I already told Austin about you and he said that he would like to meet you someday"

She couldn't resist the offer of all the juicy details

"ok I'll come but I can't stay long"

I grabbed her and hugged her tight

"thank you'' I said "you'll love him, I d...."

"you what" she said

"Nothing"

We chatted as i I guided her back to the edge of the forest and once we got there I stopped and looked at her

"his estate is just over these fields ..... LAST ONE THERES A ROTTEN EGG" I Yelled as I turned into my wolf and started running as fast as I could towards his estate and to my surprise Lilly was hot on my tail. Literally.

I got there first but only by a couple of seconds. We both turned back to human form and she followed me to the back kitchen door which I had left through.

"wow" she said "this place is amazing"

"I know"

I went into the hall but then realised that I didn't know where Austin was and I still want families with the huge house so I went for my second option

"AUSTIN" I yelled

"IM IN THE STUDY" He yelled back

I grabbed Lilly's hand and dragged her in the direction of the study scene as she seemed to be fixated on the marvellous house.

"hey, did you enjoy you're run hottie"

"yeah I erm .... Actually i have someone I want you to meet"

I then realised that it was pointless saying that because he would of heard us as soon as we entered the kitchen door, but he played along

"oh do you " he said with a hint of annoyance in his tone, I'd have to ask him about that later, just at that moment Lilly walked into the room

"Lilly Austin, Austin Lilly" I said and Austin walked over to Lilly and kissed her hand.

"hello Lilly, Danielle has told me all about you"

"hello Austin" lilly said in a mocking tone that made Austin smile.

Me and Lilly talked for hours and I showed her round and true to my word I told her all about my time here but I spared her all the details that you just don't discuss with other people. Such as shower scenarios.

All of a sudden she leaped out of the chair

"oh my God have you seen what time it is" she said in a frantic tone

"God I have to get back to the pack now"

With that she Practically jumped out of the room shouting goodbye to Austin.

I ran after and caught up with her at the end of the kitchen

"hey at least let me see you off"

"Ok" she said "but be quick"

"why "I said

"Danielle, they don't know ive gone and by know they have probably realised I've gone and are looking for me, especially Sam, you know what he's like"

Sam was her big bully of a boyfriend that I never liked because shall we say that he was always impressing my father on purpose and she had to stay with him because if she left him, no one knows what he'd do to her or her family...... He has anger issues.

We ran across the lawn and to the gate in record time in our human forms and she turned around to me

"remember last time we thought we would never see each other again, remember the rhyme I said to you"

"Yeah, goodbyes are not forever, goodbyes are not the end, they simply mean I'll miss you until we meet again" I said hugging her

"well I meant every word of it " she said

I looked at her "yunno the last time we said goodbye you were scared for my safety, now I'm scared for yours.

"I'll be fine" she said

but the look in her eyes told me she didn't even believe what she had just said. Not one bit.
