The next few days he wasn't at school and I knew he was probably just sick or on a vacation. I didn't need him to be there in order to be happy or content, I just wanted to see his face and know that he was real and he was okay. I went on with my week without him with no problem. I had a squad so I didn't need a guy, but I wanted one. I wanted to feel loved and be held in a way that one of my friends couldn't hold me. When guys hold girls it gives her the feeling that she is protected. I like the feeling of protection in a relationship. Sometimes guys just don't get why we like some things from guys that we do.

He was back physically, but he wasn't there mentally. He seemed to be in his own little world surrounded by nothing. If he was surrounded by something it was not known to anyone else.
I passed him in the hall and we said Hi, and I asked him what was wrong. He didn't answer he just walked away and left me there. I went to class.
