Chapter 16

Mady's POV...

Ow

Ow

Ow

My head is pounding like there is no tomorrow. I try to open my eyes but they seem to be blinded by some bright light. I try to block it out but my hands were tied, this sent me into a full panic mode.

The last thing I remember is Dextan giving me a ride home then something exploding then nothing.

I forcefully open my eyes blinking a few time to try to adjust to the lighting. Once I have gained my eye sight now I look at the ground and I see my legs are chained to the floor and to my right and left so are my arms. Trying to get free from the position I was put in which looked like a star fish. Still struggling to get free with tears running down my pale cheeks I didn't know that someone was here until I herd laughing from the corner.

All my intention shifted to the person laughing and because of the bright light beaming on my face I didn't know who was there. But the smelled fake or not right.

"Your finally awake I was worried that you died." A guy's voice said. My body flinched when he spoke but I didn't know why. All I could tell from his voice that he was in back of me and I still had no idea who it was.

Then I feel 2 fingers trace from the bottom of my back to my neck sending shivers throughout my body. Who's  ever fingers they are are freezing  cold.

"Who is that? Who are you? Where am I and why am I chained up?" I screamed trying to look behind me to see who it was.

"Shut up do you ever stop whining." He almost yelled walking in front of me. I would never forget that moment he sounded like my dad, but I was

"Dextan?"

"The one in only."

"What's going on. Why am I like this."

"Because your dangerous to be let loose. Do you know what you have done. You killed that nice doctor who was taking care of you."

"Killed i did that h-h-how?"

"Oh my god are you stupid!" He yelled throwing his hands in the air. I flinched and closed my eyes as old memories invaded my mind about my father and what he always used to say.

He no different from him. No one is.

"Look all I need you to do is be calm and ready for the ceremony tomorrow ok."

"What are you talking about."

"Our------ wedding of course. Or at least the only way we can. You do love me right?"

"I-I-"

"Right!?!" He said while ruffly grabbing my jaw making me look straight at him.

"Yes." I whispered trying to hold back the tears.

"Good." He said letting go of my jaw with and evil smirk on his face.

'What did I do to deserve this.' I said to my self as I cried my self to sleep trying to get away from my awful horrible no good life.

Dextan POV...

2 days. I have been here for 2 days.
'Does my family not relize that I am gone. I wonder what has happened with the war did they go in with it. Is Madeline ok. Is she alright. Fuck I should have never let this happen. How could I have been so stupid.' I thought to my self.

So many questions filled my head as I stand there on my knees, resting until someone else comes in for my next beating. The door finally opened and I lifted my head slowly to see who it was.

I was surprised to see a girl who looked like 16 come in the room. But when I smelled her she doesn't have a scent which only meant one thing.

"Well hello. And why would they scent a witch to do a vampire or werewolf or both job. Did they get tired or did they give up like the viginas they are." I said screaming the last part.

"No offense."

"None taken." She said setting her stuff on the floor in front of me. She got a vile and dabbed a little on her fingers and rubbed it against the back of my ear lobe.

'Can you hear me.' In my mind and I flinch in shock.

'Don't move or speak. Don't worry I won't hurt you actually I came here to tell you something. Madison, your beloved is here in this building but Robert her dad has convinced her that he is you and she listen to him. But I can help you and her escape all I ask in return is that you take me and my brother with you.' She said. I nodded right away.

'Ok now here is the plan I need stuff from you like blood, skin, hair so don't make it look like I'm talking to you.' She said taking a knife out from the back of her dress. I nodded and she got everything she needed.

'Ok done now I don't have much time and their watching me. So we have to make this quick the mind link will last till midnight tomorrow. Just in time for the ceremony.'

'Ceremony? What ceremony?'

"That's it witch lets go." A man came from behind her before she could answer. She sighed gathered her stuff while giving the guy a death stare. The witch left but the guy staid.

"So tell me something. Did you always punch like a girl because I think my little sister has punch harder than what you puppies been throwing at me." I said giving him my signature smirk
