Chapter 4

God I am so sorry about the last chapter and for not updating for a while I've been busy with my new school and stuff. But anyway back to the story.......

Mady POV....

'God my head feels like I got hit with a truck.' I said finally opening my eyes and playing a hand on my head. When my vision finally became clear I sat up supporting myself with my elbows.

I look around and I see that I'm in a small room with teal walls. I look around and see someone back towards me.

"What's going on. W-what happened. Where am I."

When the person finally turned around and my eyes finally adjusted I saw it was.....it was...... Dextan! What is he doing here. Wait why am I here?

" Dextan wa-what happened?" He dosent answer but I see that he's angry.

'He looks mad like really mad. Did I do something to him. Is he going to hurt me. He is. Oh god he's getting closer to me.' I closed my eyes and flinched when I felt closer to me.

"P-please......" But what I didn't expect what happened next. He.... He.... Hugged me. He actually hugged me I-I never had anyone hug me with comfort in a long time. It feels nice.

"What are you doing?" He didn't say anything. He just kept hugging me. He sighed and then let me go then put his forehead on mine.

"Madeline w-" he said before he was interrupted by the devil himself.

'Oh god w-why is he here. Did they call him. God what is he going to do when where alone.'

"Oh my god sweetheart are you ok." He said pulling Dextan off of me then hugging me, but not like Dextan this time I felt like I was being crushed. I whined in pain but then he let go but he was still holding my shoulders. His face was the worst that I have seen in a long time. It was the face of death himself.

"So what happened? They only told me to rush over here from work." He said practically spitting the words out. I didn't make eye contact with him anymore.

"Well I'm going to take her home now nurse." The nurse nodded and he took me by the arm.

"Your going to pay for making me miss work." He said squeezing my arm even tighter. I whined in pain again this time looking at Dextan. He looked at me with hurt and angering his eyes. Soon he was out of my site and I knew I was going to get a beating as soon as we go into the car.

As we exited the main gates and entered the parking lot he threw me to the ground and kicked my right in the stomach.

"You made me miss half a day of work*kicks* and that means *kick* I don't get paid*kick* and that means*he crouched down and grabbed me by the hair* you don't eat." He sighed then started walking away.

"You can walk home and I expect dinner at 6 if not* he laughs* I think you know what will happen." He said getting into his car and drove off. I cough up blood and I knew something was wrong but I had to get home.

I waited a few minutes before crawling to my back pack which was thrown a few feet away. After a few tries I finally reached my backpack and got out my pain killers and chugged 2 down.

'Finally they kicked in. *looks at watch* crap  it's almost 3 everyone will be out soon. I got to get up.....a-and walk home so I can make d-dinner.' I struggle to stand. But eventually do, I start walking well more like limping because I can't feel me left side.

I don't get very far from the school Parking lot before the bell rang signaling that school is over. Crap.

I continue limping to my house when a car pulled beside me. I limped faster not trying to make eye contact I entered and alley and the car stopped in front of the alley. I herd foot steps come closer to me. Closer....and....closer.....until they stop and some one grabbed me.
