Ariel's POV:
I stared at Louis in fear. He's got to be joking right? I'm definitely done with his games!! He's...scary. That's all I can think of right now. Fear. I stood there with my dress soaked and clinging to me, making me shiver slightly. I walked towards the door cautiously, avoiding Louis very blatantly. He just stared at me with dark eyes, intensified with the night sky.
Before I reached the door it flew open to reveal a very chipper Kristi. Her eyes widened when she saw the scene before her. "What happened??" She asked and I shot Louis a glare, who returned it hatefully. "I'll explain later. I'm going home. You can stay, but I'm getting into some dry clothes. And..." I pause, leaning in to whisper into her ear. "...I'm getting away from Louis. I can't do this anymore." I mutter and she nods. "Be careful." I nod at her and quickly walk out of the back yard, into the front and started walking on the street.
I hate Louis. It's been a week since he's been here and he's caused me so much anger and fear it's unreal. I stamp down the street in anger, the breeze chilling me to the bone, since my dress was soaked. I hear something fall over in the alleyway next to me and I jump, quickly walking away from there. I looked behind me and my heart stopped. Someone was following me.
Please don't let it be some rapist. Please. I picked up my pace and walked towards my house that was still miles away. This wasn't a good idea. Why'd I do this? Oh yeah, to get away from the scary freak who made me mad. I heard the footsteps behind me get faster as well and I started to freak out. Why me? Why does things like this always happen to me? I turn around again and I gasp. Are. You. Freaking. Kidding. Me? Louis is stalking behind me. De ja vu anyone?
"WHAT IS YOUR FREAKING PROBLEM??? LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" I screamed fearfully and angrily at him and I took off running. "Ariel!" He yelled but I ignored him. He is so scary sometimes, but this tops it. By far. I can feel him catching up to me danggit!!! I have to get away from him, now.
Louis' POV:
I followed Ariel back from the party. I wasn't going to let her get away that easily. Not a chance. She glanced sideways and I think she spotted me, because she started to pick up her pace, walking faster. I huff to myself and increase my speed as well. What does she not get? She thinks because she got me to touch her a bit means she wins? Oh no, no no no no no no. No. Not a chance.
I was slowly gaining on her when she turned around and recognized me. "WHAT IS YOUR FREAKING PROBLEM??? LEAVE ME ALONE!!!" she screeched and took off running. My problem? I scoffed and ran after her. She couldn't outrun me in heels. She couldn't outrun me without them anyways. "Ariel!" I call angrily but she ignored me. She stepped to the side and got her heels off before taking off again. Smart, but not smart enough.
Her pace quickened a lot but I was still gaining on her. She turned around with fear in her eyes before it was replaced with anger. She threw both her heels at me, both of them hitting me right in the stomach. I gritted my teeth together but pressed on. She was about 50 yards ahead of me now since she chucked her heels at me but I was slowly decreasing the space. You aren't getting away with this Ariel. I'll make sure of that.
She turned the corner that would lead her to her house, mine as well, and tried to make it inside. But she never did. I grabbed her hand and drug her away from her house, covering her mouth when she tried to scream. Since I was the only one home at the time, I went to my door and opened it, throwing her inside. I shut the door and grab her, slamming her body up against the wall. I was furious.
She let out a yelp of pain but I ignored it. She's done it now. She's pushed me over the edge. How could she think SHE could win my game? Not a chance. "Lo-Louis your hurting me." She whimpers and my grip tightens. "Good."
Ariel's POV:
I stared at him in fear. That's all I could feel right now. Fear. I gulped as his hands tightened around my wrists, digging deeper into my flesh. "You think you can get away that easily sweetheart? Because you can't. You can't get away from me." He growled in my ear and I started to shake. When did he become so dark? So cruel? He's a pervert and rude and mean, but he was never this cruel.
"Stop!" I plead and he laughs. "No." He answers simply and I feel a tear start to roll down my face. I struggled against him but he forced his body onto mine, making me gasp. "Don't tell me that you don't feel anything Ariel, because I know that would be a lie." He growls and I gulp. What kind of game is this?
He lets go of my wrists and a sense of relief washes over me, but goes away as I'm pushed to the floor. I grunt at the contact and turn around so that I'm on my back, just in time to see Louis climb on top of me, straddling me. "You can't say you didn't feel anything when I kissed you. I know that's not true." He murmurs in my ear and my lip quivers. I shook my head at him and he laughed.
"I can make you change your mind." He growled and I whimpered. I didn't like this at all. I was in his mercy right now and at his mercy for this cruel game of his. "No. Stop, please Louis stop!" I begged and he chuckled darkly. I started to cry as he bent down on me, pressing his body on mine. Why is he doing this? This didn't even make sense!! Why was he trying...no, he was torturing me. "Ariel, I told you. This game isn't over until I hear you scream my name."
I froze. He's said that before but this time it hit me. And I was terrified. He was a terrifying person. I didn't want him to play this game with me anymore. I felt so helpless with him and it was horrible! It's like he's two different people. His hands roamed up my body and I felt myself crying harder. "What's the matter? Why are you crying?" He teases and I let out a soft sob. I started to get flashbacks from seven years ago and I struggled against him. No, not again. I will not fall victim to someone's game!!
I knee him in the balls and punch him in the eye again. I scramble from underneath him and start running towards his door. Of course he would be alone. I turn around while slinging his door open to see him looking at me with hateful eyes. "I will never, NEVER scream your name. I'm not playing this game with you anymore!! I told you before, I HATE GAMES!! I'm not playing!!!" I scream at him and he smirks, getting up and walking towards me. I don't give him a chance to do anything else because I slammed the door in his face and ran across his lawn and into mine. I open the front door and slam it shut behind me, locking it. I run up the stairs into my room and slam my door closed.
I go over to the window and open just the curtains to see what the creep is doing. He just walked into his room and looked straight at me. He smirked at me and walked over to his window. I froze, my heart pounding in my chest. He typed something into his phone and winked at me before closing his curtains. What have I gotten myself into? And why me? My phone buzzed and I instantly dreaded knowing who it was. I picked up my phone and unlocked the message. I started to sweat as I read his message.
From: Louis
Game on sweetheart.
