Why Hasn't He Called?

Selena's P.O.V.

It's been 5 months and I haven't gotten a phone call, text message, skype call, letters. I haven't gotten anything from Shane and I'm starting to wonder if he forgot me, but there's still a little hope inside me that he's been busy.

I've even called him and he hasn't answered at all. I finish walking home and throw my stuff on my bed and pull out my phone. "Last chance Shane Grey." I dial his number and he answers.

"Selena-" I interrupt him. "I'm so mad at you right now, Shane. You broke a promise. A promise, Shane. I've been needing to talk to you for months about what's happening at school and you don't answer. Shane, why haven't you answered?" I ask him mad.

"Selena, I'm so sorry. The boys and I are recording a new album and I just haven't had enough time to call yet. And, yes I do care about this relationship. Thing's just have been crazy." Shane tells me. I sigh, "Maybe this whole pop star and girlfriend across the states isn't such a great idea as we thought." I tell him.

"Selena, what are you saying?" Shane asks me. "Shane, I love how our relationship is, it's just we only get to see each other every summer but, other than that we don't see each other. Now your pop star job is in the way and now we barely communicate. Shane, it breaks my heart." I tell him almost crying. "Selena, are you breaking up with me?" Shane asks me in a 'I am about to cry' tone of voice.

"Shane, I'm so sorry." I tell him starting to cry. "Umm....I'll call you later." Shane tells me in a 'I'm crying' tone. "Don't make promises you can't keep." I tell him and hang up.

I put my phone on my dresser and fall onto my bed and cry. After a few hours someone walks into my room. "Selena, are you okay?" I look up and see Mitchy. "No." I croak out.

She comes over and hugs me. "What happened?" She asks me. "I just, broke, up, with Shane, Grey. My heart aches." I tell her. She sighs, "Kaitlyn, Ella, Peggy come in." I look up and see them all come in. "What are you guys doing here?" I ask them.

"It was suppose to be a surprise, but looks like you could use a friend right now." Kaitlyn tells me and they all come over to me. I stop crying after a while and we all pull away.

"So what happened?" Peggy asks me. I sigh and motion for Mitchy to tell them. "Well, ever since camp Shane hasn't called, text or skyped Selena at all. She started breaking inside so that's kind of why I asked you guys to fly out. Cause she was losing it." Mitchy tells them.

"I'm not losing it, my hearts breaking because of Shane Grey." I simply tell them.

Shane's P.O.V.

"Don't make a promise you can't keep." Selena tells me in a crying voice and hangs the phone up. I drop my phone and it hits the couch. "Hey, Shane were about to," my brother's stop and walk over, "what's wrong Shane?" I look up and see Nate and Jason sitting in front of me.

I dry my tears and look at them. "Selena, broke up with me....over the phone." I tell them. They hug me and after a while they look at me. "Your gonna have to win her back soon. Good thing you'll get the time to do that." Jason tells me and I look at him curiously.

"What do you mean?" I ask them. "They want to record a Camp Rock album so the fans of Camp War's can have an album. I guess people have been begging for one. So their sending, Kaitlyn, Mitchy, Selena, Peggy, Ella, Tess, and a few others so we can record. They should be getting the news now."
