Why me? (Riker Lynch Fanfic)

Chapter 1

Hi, I'm Ashley...just your everyday laid back person. I basically live in my room and I only talk to my cousin Julia! I'm not the most athletic person, but hey I'm me and that is all that matters!! Right? Well enough about me lets get to how my life completely changed in a matter of a couple months.

17th June 2013: Today I found out my cousin auditioned for the X-Factor and she made it :) I am so happy for her. However  the strangest thing happened I got a call today from the one and only Ellen. A couple months ago I had submitted a video of my cousin trying to convince  Ellen to book her but had never heard back....until now. But I had to turn her down Julia is really busy with all this X- Factor stuff and she doesn't get but a one week break. Who knows when that will be. Wait what. I. Just. Turned. Down. Ellen. I guess I can cross that off my bucket list! Change of subject. Great news I found out my favorite band of all time, R5, is coming back to Chicago!!!!!!!!!! And in case you don't know who R5 is they are a group of amazingly talented and quite attractive people. They're all related well except Ellington but his last name is Ratliff so that's what everyone calls him. Lets see there is the youngest, who isn't in the band but is there manager, Ryland. Next oldest is Ross, who is an actor on Austin and Ally. Next is Rocky who has amazing hair. Rydel is the only girl in the band but her style is the best. Ellington is a couple months older than Rydel and he is the goof of the band. And I saved the best/oldest for last. Riker is the most beautiful person like ever. Oh well back to the concert I have to figure out a way for my mom to buy me tickets but I have no clue on how I'm going to do this......

" Hi mom so you know that I keep up with ALL the R5 updates right." She nodded. " Well they are coming back to Chicago and I was thinking if I work really hard around the house and  not skype you could help me get some tickets....." It felt like an eternity but she inhaled deeply and replied, " If you don't skype Julia and  the your room is clean then yes, Heck if the house is spotless I'll buy them for you!" If only my mom knew what she was bringing herself into. When it comes to R5 I would do anything to see them. Oh well. I have until the 18th of August so I better get to work.

(20th June 2013) So far I have gotten all but one room of the house spotless and its my room. I have awful organizing skills so I'll just look up some ways on how to organize on google. (phone rings) Who could be calling me?

(Phone Conversation)
Me: Hello?
Julia: Hey, it's Julia
Me: What's up?
Julia: Packing. The one week break is here and I have to hurry.
Me: Ok. why the rush? Hahaha RUSH!!! <3
Julia: Ha, I told a buddy who called and asked me to open up for them on tour so I will be spending my break with them
Me: Who?
Julia: I was told not to let anyone know sorry!
Me: It's ok but I have to go
Julia: Why?
Me: Because if I don't clean my room no R5 tickets
Julia: But Ashley
Me: Bye!

Ok now back to googling to find out how this is going to work. I have plenty of time I just want VIP as well so gotta get cleaning!

August 1st 2013:

(conversation with mom) " Hey mom guess who cleaned the entire house?!?!?!?" My mom's jaw dropped in disbelief and she had to see for herself but when she look  she seemed thrilled. " Ok looks like you get your R5 tickets!"

I started to cry tears of joy. I was sooo happy! This is like my third time seeing them but who cares they are just so perfect and I am so happy that I can go. I should go check the website for details about who is going to be there and all. Well lets see. This time there is only one opening act which is good since last time I was so lost. There were like three before R5 came on! Hmmm that is strange it says special guest is a surprise. Odd. Oh well I still can't wait!
