Chapter 9

Holy Riker. He looks amazing. I'm mean when doesn't he look amazing but wow. The best way to describe his look is Jeff the warbler meets Riker Lynch. Yes he looks that good! All I have to say is thank you Ross, Rocky, Ratliff and Ryland. Y'all are amazing." Wow Riker, you sure clean up nice." Smooth Ashley smooth. " Not to shabby yourself I might add." Riker said winking. We walked out the door. Riker ran around to the passenger side of the car and opened the door for me and he then ran around to the other side and started the car.

He droves us to the movie theater and bought two tickets to see Monsters University. I squealed a little because I am a Little kid at heart. We got one popcorn to share and a Pepsi and a orange cream soda. The movie was so cute but then Riker said he had a surprise for me. We got in my car and we drove to a place that I haven't been before. He got to my side and opened my door and grabbed a picnic basket out of the trunk. We headed down to a area just a couple feet away from the water and sat down in the moon light. This has to be the sweetest thing that any one has ever done for me.

" Ashley, this was fun, but I have to tell you something." And that is just my luck..." Yeah Riker?" Please lets hope it just something irrelevant. " I kinda lied about the whole bus thing." Really that seems like the perfect time to talk about buses. " Your point is?" Hey Ashley, Yes Ashley, your sass is showing.... " Well I just really wanted to spend time with you and I well......" And I thought I turned red. " Go on Riker.." I said reassuring him it was ok. " Well Ashley I really like you and I was kinda hoping we could stay again. We don't have to leave until Friday and that is six days from now and I was just thinking we could stay with you... maybe.... I understand if you don't its ok." Don't that's crazy. " Of Course you can stay but I have a question. Did you say you liked me?"

Riker's P.O.V.

Oh no I blew it telling her I liked her. She can do way better than me. What was I thinking. Why would someone as perfect and beautiful as her go for someone like me. " Well I....err....... Yes I said I liked you." Great Riker you blew it this time. " That is a huge relief!" Ashley said while sighing. I am thoroughly confused on what just happened. "What do you mean relieved?" Wow stupid is what stupid does. " I mean I like you to. I was afraid you didn't like me." she said. " Didn't like you I've liked you since I saw you with Julia in McKinney. She seemed so 'supportive' of you she didn't seem like she liked us but when we had Ryland call her when we saw her on the X- Factor she said she was thrilled. Which led me to believe I would be able to see you again and tell you how I really feel." Holy Crap did I just say that out loud......
