#note: one of the characters, Cara, is just a character I made up but is kinda based on a friend of mine :p
it was a sunny day in California... But not for Angie... She was moving in a big house with 6 other girls for this school project thing... She was going to be there for a whole year... To see how it's like living with completely different people... When she got to the house a nice lady who was supposed to watch the girls brought her inside.. The house was huge... "this is the house.. I'm mrs Martin... I'll be your house mom for the year... I hope your comfertable with sharing a room" the lady sad.. Angie nodded yes, she handed Angie a room number and and Angie headed upstairs.. She bumped into one if the girls "hey I'm Melissa" the girl said "I'm Angie"
"nice to meet you"
"any of the other girls here yet"
"yeah there's one in the room over there"
"that's my room number"
"well looks like you get to meet your roommate, see ya later"
Angie went to the room and went inside.. The room had 2 beds, a window and a walk in closet.. "hey I'm Angie I'm your roommate" she said to the girl unpacking. The girl turned around and smiled "hey I'm Tarah, I get the bed by the window"
"oh well that's fine with me Tarah.. Nice to meet you"
"you know it's funny you kinda look like me"
It was true she kinda did.. They had the same smile, same straight hair and chin and freckles
#authors note: before u ask... THEY AREN'T TWINS AND THEY WONT BE TWINS! haha it's just a joke between me and @ForrestForever3 and I have a good idea for it but they are not, never were and will not be twins! Just pointing it out.. Back to the story!
"yeah we kinda do haha"
"with makeup and props we can totally play pranks around here"
"umm isn't that kinda mean"
"oh so your a goody goody?.. Yeah we wont get along.. I can already see it"
"umm well we can compromise"
"Well we are sharing a room for a year"
"exactly"
They were interrupted with a knock... It was Melissa again "hey guys some more girls came" they walked out of the room and Melissa started talking "guys this is my roommate lizzy, and this is Sam, Brianna, Chriscy, Alyssa, and Cara"
They all said their heys when Mrs. Martin came up and started talking "ok girls I don't want to be harsh and say rules that you guys should know but the last bunch of girls almost set this house on fire"
The girls looked at each other with a weird and startled glare
"now here are the rules, hands and feet to yourself, no breaking anything, curfew is 8 both school and non school nights and no boys upstairs"
"boys?... My mom specifically told me to stay away from boys" Cara said
"well Cara there are a group of guys living next door but school and each other are the first priority in this house"
"wait school?" Tarah said
"yeah Tarah were getting homeschooled here.. You didn't know" Angie said
"i knew I just forgot"
Mrs Martin continued to talk
"now fighting is not acceptable but I will accept it because living with different people is hard.... Think of each other as sisters and try not to fight with the girls next door.... The couple there moved here about 10 years ago and their girls are mean and nasty and spoiled, any questions?"
"umm what time is school" I asked
"it starts at 9 and ends at 3, I hope you girls do know that if your not doing well then you will be punished"
"punished? Really" Sam and Brianna said at the same time
"yes punished, by not being able to leave the house to have fun or nit have fun at all, just study eat and sleep"
"so far homeschooling stinks" Chriscy said
"guys don't worry homeschooling is fun" Lizzy said
"I hope, and I also hope I'll have time to watch degrassi" Alyssa said hopefully
"you watch degrassi? So do I! Were perfect roommates!" Chriscy said happily
Mrs. Martin spoke again "now I want you guys to get to know each other... Get in your rooms and talk talk talk"
When Angie and Tarah got back to their rooms Angie asked "so Tarah what are your hobbies"
"I like to play pranks, not getting told that I'm wrong, living on the dangerous side of things, shopping, texting, cheerleading...What about you?
"you know I think you were right.. We won't get along" Angie said with a concerned look on her face
