You had been living with your boyfriend joe for exactly 6 months now, and to celebrate this you decided to go out with some of your closest friends for a meal.
"Ready love?" Joe called to you as you applied one last coat of your ruby red lipstick.
"Yup!" You replied. Joe entered the room of which you shared and smiled at you,
"You look gorgeous babe."
"Danke." You giggled "ya know you don't look to bad yourself."
"I've got to look good for the girlfriend don't I?" He joked.
"Funny lad you are, now let's go, we're gunna' be late." You left your shared apartment hand in hand.
It was only about a five minute walk from your apartment to the restaurant, and soon enough you arrived and were greeted by your friends who were there already. All of you sat down and began chatting and looking at the menus. You noticed joe looking over at your friend maisey and giving her a smirk, you continued to read the menu considering it as friendly joking however when you looked again, the pair where talking and giggling with each other. You became more and more jealous. Joe seemed to be doing this a lot lately, 'flirting' with other girls. You had pointed out to joe that you didn't like it and that you felt like you weren't good enough for him, so why was he still doing it!?
"Joe." You said, nudging him, "Let's go order."
"One second." He said, not even glancing at you as he was showing maisey pictures on his phone. You quietly sighed, wondering how much more of this you could take.
Finally he turned off his phone, "right lets go order y/n." You both got up and went over to order.
"Joe, you know I don't like it when you keep flirting with other girls like that."
"For god sake y/n, I keep telling you they're all just friends."
"Yes Joe I know that," you whisper shouted, "but I get worried, you know, worried you'll replace me! Remember the other day when you came home at 2am, as you were round stupid 'Ellie's" or whatever"
"Oh you mean Evie, yeah, because she's my friend, y/n."
"Joseph! I'm your girlfriend though, you spend more time with all your other 'friends that just happen to be girls' than you do with me, for fuck sake."
"Oh my bloody God y/n you need to chill, stop being so jealous!"
"Fine! If you want it like that, I'm going! You can piss off to one of your 'friends' we're done, Joe, I can't bear it anymore. I'm going to get my stuff from the apartment and then I'm going to stay at Lily's. Bye Joseph."
"But y/n!" He called out as you stormed off
"Shut up Joe I don't wanna' hear it. Goodbye."
