-Julie's POV-

"Let me see, let me see, let me see!" Maddie said.

Maddie is my best friend, we've been friends for as long as I can remember.

I smiled showing my teeth.

"I love them so much!" She said referring to my teeth since I just got my braces off.

I've had braces for a while, it took me a long time to get them though. I never had the money.

My parent died about a year ago, I've been staying with Maddie and her family.

I don't really have to stay with them because I'm nineteen, but I need the company.

By the way, Maddie's brother can take your breathe away from you just by him looking at you. I have a huge crush on him.

Maddie's brother is apart of the biggest boy band in the world. They've been a boy band since 2010. His name is Niall, Niall Horan from One Direction, I love their music but I'm not really a big fan.

I'm not too sure I want to be a fan because of all the drama the fandom has been through this year. Zayn leaving, Louis and Eleanor broke up, Louis' gonna be a dad, Zayn and Perrie breaking up, Harry was suppose to get shot, it's just all too much for a person. I'm actually proud of all the directioners who stayed in the fandom, that shows they are true fans.

I'm Julie by the way. Like I said, I'm nineteen years old but I look rather young for my age. I was born early, too early. I look like I'm about sixteen or seventeen.

My parents died in a car accident last year. I still can't get it through my head that they are gone, it hurts so much. I quit school because of them, I couldn't focus on my school work.

Maddie's mum told my mum she could always count on her if anything happened to them, and which something did.

Anyway, enough of that.

I don't have any siblings which I'm thankful for I don't want any brothers or sisters. I did when I was a kid, but now I have a best friend so I don't need one.

Niall and I are close but we aren't as close as Maddie and I. Niall is on tour right now but tour is almost over so I– we can see him again.

Yeah he comes and visits us but it's not a long visit, but I don't complain at least I still get to see him.

Niall brought the boys to visit once, they are such nice boys, they can be a little childish but hey, I'm the same way.

"Thanks, I'm glad I got them off, they kinda hurt and plus they were so annoying too." I complained as I sat down on the couch.

It feels weird with them being off since they were on for so long.

"How many more weeks until Niall comes home?" I asked.

I miss having him around.

"He comes home in less than a week. Why do you ask?" Maddie asked.

Why? Because I have a big fat crush on him.

She doesn't know I have this huge crush on him, I mean why would I tell her I have a crush on her brother?

"That's great and no reason, I just miss him." I struggled with my words, while braiding a piece of my hair.

I have long blonde color hair that goes down to my lower back. My mum always told me I needed to cut it which she was right but, I don't want to cut it so I'm not. Long hair don't care.
