Here it is very cold and many ice types live here along with a few rock type Pokémon it is very snowy and few plants can bloom here due to the cold temperatures however Pokémon suited for the mountains can survive and thrive here few trainers enter the mountains but some cross the mountains avoiding the deserts the surround the mountains
