The rest of the day went by without much harassment from my classmates. At the end of the day, Lilly and I went to my house. My parents were gone, so we dropped off our school stuff in my room, and I left a note on the fridge for my 'rents. Mom, Dad, Lilly and I went shopping. I'll be back later. We'll eat at the mall. Jenna. Then we left
When we got in my car, I popped my favorite CD in the stereo. As soon as Ashes started to play, Lilly started to complain. "Really Jen? You know I HATE these guys!" "C'mon, Lil, they're not that bad. You know you like The Bleeding." I tell her. "Only the acoustic version. These guys scream to much for my taste. Besides, what kind of name is Five Finger Death Punch?" she asks.
"Well what kind of name is 3 Oh 3?" I counter. "Touche." She says, grinning at me. It was only a fifteen minute drive to the mall, so we only got to listen to, like, three songs. After finding a parking spot, we go into the entrance by the movie theater's. We stop and check what movies are playing. "Which do you want to see?" Lilly asks. "I don't know. Conan the Barbarian looks good. Or maybe Fright Night." I tell her. "Yeah. Those were the ones I was think of, too. Well, we can decide while we're eating."
We go to Chic-Fil-A, and both got a sammich. While we sat and ate, me a little more stiffly that here, because of my wrist, Lilly kept pointing out random boys, telling me that I should go talk to them. She didn't notice that I was ignoring her. All I was thinking about was getting a cute outfit to impress Chase tomarrow night.
"Hey, I think we should go see Connan." I tell Lilly. "Deffinatly. I was thinking the same thing. I mean, hunky guys with no shirts killing people, squee!" she says, bouncing in her seat. "The next showing for that one is at five. We'll have enough time to go get some clothes." "Oh goodie!" I reply, also bouncing in my seat. I hated shopping with my mom, but shopping with my best friend was something I could do for hours on end.
After we're done eating, we hit up stores like Fashon Bug, Cato, Aeropostal, and Debs. We even stop in Hot Topic for some cool graphic tee's, and Claire's for jewlery.
When we were finishing up in Claire's, I checked the time on my phone. "Crap! Lilly, we better hurry. We've only got fifteen minutes untill the movie starts." I tell her. We hurry up and buy our stuff, and we run like hell through the mall and into the parking lot. We literally throw our stuff in my car, then run like hell back into the mall.
Running up to the ticket booth, I gasp out "Two tickets for Connan the Barbarian, please." The ticket guy gives us a weird look, and then gives us our tickets. We hurry over to the guy that rips the tickets in half, then we skip down the hall untill we find the room playing our movie.
We pick seats right in the middle of the theatre. "Oh my gosh. Did you see some of those peoples faces when we ran out to your car! They probably thought that we were being chased by some rapist!" Lilly crows. We were laughing so hard, we were almost crying. "Uh-oh." I say, nodding at the family coming down the row infront of us. "Those kids won't stop moving during the movie." When the family gets up infront of us, I say "Yous might not want to sit there. Someone put gum on the seats." They thank us and move down several rows.
"Jenna!" Lilly gasps, once they were out of earshot. "I can't believe you just lied to them!" "Well, I didn't want those kids ruining our movie experiance. Remember when we went to see The Goblet of Fire, and that little kid kept yelling 'Get your magic stick!'? I'm not putting up with that today." I tell her. "Besides, who brings four-year-olds to see a movie about a barbarian? I mean really?" I ask her. "Yeah. That doesn't make any sence." she agrees.
We talk alittle more, then we adjust ourselves in our seats, propping our feet on the seats infront of us when the lights start to dim.

We walk out of the theatre talking about the movie. "Ohmigosh!" Lilly exclaims. "It was so awesome when he-" "Yeah" I cut in. "Then they-" "Yeah! And we were like, screaming our heads off!" she yells. People gave us funny looks as we finished each others sentances.
We went out, and got in my car, listening to the radio instead of a CD. We headed back to my house, to find out that my parents weren't even home yet. I grab the useless note that I left and throw it in the trash.
Walking up the winding staircase, we go into my room. Lilly sits her bags by my closet, then plops herself down on my queen sized bed. She's glancing around my gigantic room, while I go into my bathroom, and start putting my new makeup and jewlery on my vanity.
"Jenna you sooo lucky" she calls to me. "How so?" I ask. "Well, for one, you have a huge bedroom with a blacony. Two, you have a queen sized bed, a mahogany desk with a super computer, and ceiling high bookshelves. Three, you have your own bathroom, with a Gucci shower, jaccuzzi tub, and a humongous vanity for all your beautifying shit." she chukles at that, getting up when I come out of my bathroom. She grabs my arm, and tugs me over to my closet. "And last, but certinly not least, four." She pushes open the double doors to my walk in closet, with hangers of shirts, dresses, skirts, jeans, and the shelves full of shoes. Then, picking up our bags, we walk to the back of the closet, where there is one of those mirrors that shows you from all sides like you see in the stores.
She flips the light switch, and pushes me into all the lights shining down on the mirrors. "You have this amazing walk-in dream closet. Like I said, lucky," she says, peeking over my soulder. I turn around to face her. "So you think I'm lucky that my parents are totally loaded?" she nods. "You think I'm lucky that they would rather spend time with their Country Club Yuppie friends then spend time with their own daughter?" I ask. She shakes her head. "You think I'm lucky that theyr'e constantly fighting with themselves, and me?"
She looks down at her feet. "I'm sorry Jen." she says, giving me a hug. I hug her back. "It's ok. I might have all this stuff, but your'e the lucky one. Your parents are always there for you." I tell her. When we pull apart, I look at her, grabbing some bags off the floor. "Now who wants to model some clothes?" I ask. "Oooh Oooh! Pick me! Pick me!" she yells, jumping up and down.

An hour and a half, and fifty-seven different clothing combinations later, Lilly throws herself down on my bed, and I fall over onto my beanbag chair, rubbing my mummy of a wrist. "So, which outfit should I wear to Justins party tomarrow?" I ask. "I think the grey shirt wit the lacey back, the black skirt and tights, your Divian boots, and your punk panda earings. And maybe a chunky black bracelet." Lilly says, hanging her head upside down over the side of my bed.
"Sounds good." I say, smiling. "What are you gunna wear?" I ask her. "Hmmm... Probably a pair of skinnies, my loose white belly shirt with a black cami underneath, my black converse's, and my studded bracelets. So, why weren't you paying attention when I was pointing out guys at the mall?" she asks. She did notice I think. "Who's the guy thats got you love-struck?" she presses. I just blush and look away. "Well it can't be Justin. It's deffinatly not Alec. Oooh! Is it Timmy?" she yells. "Oh, yuck! No!" I yell back, making a retching sound. "I know who it is." she teases. "Oh yeah? Who?" I ask. "Chase." she states, matter-of-factly.
She sees me blush and crows in delight. "Oooh! It is! Jenna Esposito has the hotts for newbie at school, Chase Montgomery!!!" she yells out my open window. "Lilly stop." I cry, pulling her away from the window. "I don't know why, but it's so weird. Whenever I see him, I get real lightheaded, and dizzy. I don't know how to explain it." I tell her. She sits down next to me on my bed. "Well, Jen. Maybe, just maybe, he's your soul-mate."
I look over at her, and we bust out laughing.
