This is my first story so if you could give me any feedback that would be great!

Sarah doubled over as the pain emanating from her stomach worsened again. Then all of the sudden it stopped and she promptly threw up in the toilet. It had been like this for weeks, ever since she had left Chuck. Chuck, the geeky spy that she had supposedly fallen for. Whenever she thought of him a bunch of jumbled emotions rose up inside of her but not one of them was love or anything close to it. Sometimes she did get a little skeptical of herself though. Did she ever want to be anything other than a spy? She would think about it then reprimand herself, if that was once the case it wasn't anymore. The kiss on the beach had been on impulse and she regretted it the moment they broke apart, she didn't remember Chuck and didn't want to let him think she did. Staying would just make her uncomfortable and give Chuck a false sense of hope. So she left.

A sharp pain in her abdomen brought her out of the past. Sarah didn't know what this illness was; it obviously wasn't the common stomach bug because she had had it for a couple of weeks, but what else could it be? She had been staying with her mom recently but the older woman didn't know anything more about it than Sarah did. Emma had tried to get Sarah to go to the doctor but the spy wouldn't allow it, saying it would "compromise her cover". But Sarah was thinking it might be high time for that doctor's visit.

Rebecca Wilder AKA Sarah Walker was waiting anxiously for the verdict. The doctor, who Sarah was relieved to learn was not Ellie or Awesome, had left what seemed like hours ago but what had really been only 20 minutes. All of the sudden the nurse came in with a clipboard and a radiant smile on her face. Sarah stood up and looked at the nurse with a queasy feeling in her stomach that had nothing to do with the mysterious illness.

She had a feeling she knew the result already but nothing she told herself could prepare her for the nurse saying it out loud, "Miss Wilder, the results were positive. You 're pregnant!"

IN THE TESTING ROOM

Ellie Woodcomb sat in the chair warily. She had been at the hospital for hours and was ready for her shift to end. One last test and then she would be done. It was for some woman named Rebecca Wilder. The positive test brought back memories of Ellie's own pregnancy and that made her want to go home to her daughter and husband even more. But now she was finally done with her shift! The nurse for the woman came over and Ellie decided to follow her out and see the reaction. When Ellie got to the door she saw none other than Sarah Walker sitting on a chair waiting impatiently for the nurse to come back. Wait, Sarah was pregnant? She had to get home and tell Chuck!

"What?"

"Chuck, Sarah is pregnant."

Chuck was dumbfounded. How was this possible? She had only been gone a few weeks and yet she was already pregnant? He thought Sarah would be better than this. Wait. Something was wrong about this situation.

"How long has she been pregnant?" Chuck asked apprehensively.

Ellie pursed her lips and sighed, on the verge of tears.

"Seven weeks."

Chuck's world spun. Sarah had only been gone for five weeks.

"Chuck? Are you okay?" Ellie went into big sister mode.
