Harry's POV:

I honestly felt so guilty for leaving Christina alone back there. She is such a beautiful girl! The way she smiles just makes me feel happy and there is just something special about her that I have yet to figure out.

I should have offered to give her a ride to where she wanted to go.

UGH. Why hadn't I thought of that?!

I think about calling her but I bet she is already sleeping at her uncle's house. I decide that I'll wait until tomorrow morning to check on Christina and see how's she's doing.

I sit in the back of the private limo and look at the city lights and cars passing by before I slowly drift off to sleep - Christina being the one and only thing on my mind. I already felt like I was falling in love with her...and I plan on making her mine.

Christina's POV:

I wake up to the feeling of pain that spread rapidly throughout my entire body like billions and billions of miniature nails stabbed into my delicate soft skin.

"W-where am I?" I ask weakly, looking around the small dark room in barely a whisper.

No answer.

No one is here in the room but me. Well that's good.

My head throbbed in pain and I put my hand on the top of my head but that did nothing to help. I can't move well either cause my leg hurt so badly. Then I remembered what had happened. The man. Those words he said before I blacked out. The van.

I glanced down at my hurt, throbbing leg to see that the place in which I was stabbed had closed up and the bleeding had stopped, but the pain and throbbing sensation in my leg still remained.

I looked around the small room and realize that I'm sitting on a really old bed that lays on the floor. There are three windows, a long dark hallway leading to who knows where, and off to the left were a few stairs leading up to a door with a line of bright yellow lights shining underneath it. I didn't want to see that evil man again. Not after what he did to me eight years ago... Not again.

The memory is too graphic to describe in words. To summarize it, the man - my dad's friend Alex - did the worst thing possible to a girl and I think you all would know what I'm talking about. That happened eight years ago when I was only ten years old. I escaped and called the cops and my parents on him and he went to jail for four years which wasn't long enough. He told me that if he ever found me again, he would do it again and torture and kill me. I was so scared but I tried to be brave. I was safe for the past four years of my life but that safety boundary has now left.. Leaving me defenseless and vulnerable to that wicked man.

I luckily see my suitcase and bag safe and unopened in the corner of the room. And at the opposite side of the room is a ladder.

Who would leave a ladder in a room where they keep a kidnapped person?! lol that doesn't make any sense! oh well, guess it's my lucky day!! Haha

I quickly grab my belongings and with all my effort, carry the ladder over to the small window and escape out of it, looking for the road so I could find the city again. I come to a bus stop just in time to see a bus pulling up. I limp over to the bus and ask the bus driver to take me to the address where my uncle lived. He agreed without hesitation and I sat down on board as he drove down the long road.

I checked my bags and found that everything was there. All my valuable items as well as my clothes were still neatly folded and packed up tightly in my suitcase and handbag. Good!
