What Happens After Dark*ON HOLD*

Chapter 3: The Sleepover Begins

"Hey can I eat some food?" he yelled at me from the kitchen.

"Yeah," I said walking into the kitchen to help him find something. "I don't have much food here, but I'm sure you can find something. You've always managed to before," I laughed as I was searching through the cuber with him.

He laughed then it was silent for a minute or so as we looked for stuff. Finally Niall said, "Found it!"

He kinda frightened me yelling so suddenly. "Found what?!" I yelled.

"Some food," he said guiltily looking at the bag of barbecue chips in his hands.

I laughed and said, "Oh my gosh Niall. I thought you had found the best food in the world. Like leftover Nando's or something."

As I said that his eyes got wide and he said, "Ooo do you have that?!' I could tell how happy he was by his tone of voice.

I laughed again and said, "Sadly, no. Sorry Niall."

He put his head down and said, "It's okay, I guess."

I felt so bad and I hated seeing him like that. "I'm so sorry Niall if I had any I would give it to you. I know how much you love Nando's!"

"Nah, it's fine. I love barbecue chips!" he exclaimed.

"Okay good," I said happily, "me too!"

He opened the bag and grabbed a few napkins as I poured two glasses of fat free milk. As soon as that was finished we went upstairs to my room. Niall opened the door for me then followed me in and closed the door behind us. We sat down in the middle of the room. I had the master bedroom of course. I mean what can I say I need the space. Yeah that's right I NEED it. This room is the best it has TWO walk in closets a little Toby closet which, not gonna lie, it kinda freaks me out. But, this room also has a deck that lets me see the backyard and it almost goes all the way around the house. I had some blankets and sheets up on the sides and partly in the front so the neighbors couldn't see me when I went out there. I had a few couches out there and a couple of the most comfortable and awesome chairs you'll ever find. I also had a mini fridge out there and about five beanbags. There was also a little futon on the deck that i laid on. It was under the one part that wasn't covered by a roof. I would relax out there when I was stressed or I just wanted to look up at the stars. There's also a complete bathroom in it. Plus there is two level floors in the room.

"So what do you wanna do tonight?" Niall asked with a mouthful of chips.

"I don't know," I said laughing. "I kinda wanna know when you started jogging," I giggled.

He laughed with me then said, "I don't know. One day I just started jogging and now I do it almost every day."

"Oh wow," I chuckled. "That's not the Niall I remember at all." We both laughed. "The Niall I remember hated working out and running and all he wanted to do all day long is eat."

"Yeah," he laughed. "I started working out because I kinda wanted a six pack," he was laughing as the words left his mouth, "but I guess that's kinda stupid," he kinda giggled.

"Oh, no it's not stupid," I protested. "Actually I think you would look kinda good with a six pack," I laughed hoping he wouldn't notice I was flirting with him.

"Really?" He asked.

"Yeah," I laughed trying to cover up the fact that I was flirting with him.

We laughed together then it was silent for a few minutes. Finally Niall said, "Do you wanna go outside and hang out on your deck?"

"Yeah," I said excitedly.

So we picked up everything and brought it downstairs. We threw away all out trash finished out glasses of milk then closed the bag of chips and put them back in the cuber.

We went back upstairs then Niall said, "Hey I need to go to the bathroom meet u on the deck."

"Ok," I said, "I need to change into my pj's real quick anyways so, yeah," I laughed.

He laughed with me then said, "ok that's fine see u in a few."

I went into my room as I watched him walk into the bathroom. I made sure to grab my super soft boody shorts and one of my cute partly see through tank tops. The whole time I was changing I was thinking about Niall. I was wondering if he knew that I was flirting with him earlier and if he liked me cuz it kinda seemed like he did. I smiled at that fact. He made me blush every time he said my name and every time he laughed wether it was at my jokes or just cuz he wanted to.

As I was putting on my shirt the door opened and Niall walked in. "Oh I'm sorry, I didn't mean to I'll just come back in a minute," he said starting to close the door again.

"Oh no it's fine," I said quickly so he wouldn't leave. "I'm just finishing up," I put my shirt down as I was talking, pulled my hair out from it, and laughed a little bit kind of blushing at the fact that he saw me with my shirt almost completely off.

He opened the door back up and laughed a little with me. "Should we go out on the deck?" He asked pointing to the door with his hand.

"Oh, yes of course," I said snapping out of the trance that his eyes always put me into.

We walked out the door and he sat on the futon and gesturing for me to sit next to him. I started to blush, but I was hoping that he wouldn't notice. We sat there in silence for a little bit and Niall put his arm around me. I started to rest my head on his shoulder then we laid down together. It was still silent, but it wasn't awkward it was that comfortable silence.

Finally Niall spoke, "The stars are beautiful tonight aren't they?" He asked as he looked over at me and smiled.

"Yeah, they really are pretty," I said and looked at his beautiful sparkling blue eyes.

He moved my hair behind my ear and just stared into my eyes. It was as if he were about to kiss me. I wish he would have too. Instead he took his arm out from behind my head and sat up. I sat up with him and looked up at the stars. I looked over at him only to find him already staring at me. By this time it was already 9:00. I lost myself in his eyes and he did the same in mine. Again he moved my hair behind my ear, but this time he started to move in for the kiss...
