A Dream Come True (joe sugg/ thatcherjoe fan-fiction)

Swimming with joe

Today went really quickly. Roller coasters, Disney characters, and so much more. It was so good. I was with joe the whole day. We met lots of fans. I loved it.

When we got in the car me and joe sat at the back again. Then I got a text from Georgia. Who was in front of us.
'Hey, isn't it your birthday tomorrow?'

'Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Don't tell anyone. I don't like my birthday. All my others have been bad luck. Last year I broke my hand. Year before I lost £100...... :('

'It's okay.
1. I bet this one will be awesome
2. I won't tell. Don't worry.'

I turn to see joe and I see him fast asleep. With his head leaning against the window. God he's so cute. Uugghhhhh. But there's no point in thinking that he likes me back.

When we get back to the hotel I have to wake joe up. "Joe we are at the hotel we need to go" I say softly
"Mummy?" He says
"That's not funny ". He sits up laughing.
We get back into our room and I look at the time 5:37. We have so much time.
"Hey, do you want to go to the pool. I asked the person at the front desk and they say it's always empty at this time"  says joe
"Sure just let me get my stuff"  I get my white bikini with purple spots on it and my blue towel.
"First one that reaches the changing rooms. gets changed and gets in the pool is the winner. Loser has to jump in from the top diving board. GO !!" Shouts joe.

We both sprint down the corridor, I go right joe goes left. He's so stupid. He just went the wrong way.  I reach the end of the corridor and sprint down the stairs. When I get to the main lobby I run into another smaller corridor. I enter the girls changing room. And get into my bikini. And run out of the changing room into the pool. I suddenly stop at the door and see how, floating on his back looking up.
"Wow your slow"
"Wha- but. you were behind me. You went the other way."
"I'm magic" he says standing up in the shallow end of the pool. Showing off his 6-pack. It made me blush. "And now you need to jump." He says pointing up towards the diving boards.  It was so high up I already started to feel sick.
"Seriously"
"Yup you lost the bet" he says smiling
I slowly walk up towards the diving boards. I start climbing up the steps. I pass the first diving board wishing I could stop there but I kept going until I was at the top. I walked to the end of the board, shaking, I looked down to see joe. He looked so small from here. I take a deep breath breath and jump.

Everything went in slow motion. It was awesome and terrifying at the same time. As the water came closer. I put my hands forward and gracefully landed hands first then my head.  When I am in the water I decide to go as deep as possible.

Joes POV
Wow that dive was so good. She hardly made a splash.  Where is she? It's been about 30 seconds since she landed.
I suddenly get dragged underwater.

Sky's POV
Haha I got him.  When we get back up. He is breathing heavily and splashing about. All I can do is laugh.
"Hahahahahhahahaahahhahah. You were so scared."
When he finally gets his breath back he says. "Bitch"  then he starts laughing.
"Hey!" I say splashing water at him
"What?" He says splashing me back.
"What was that for" I say splashing him again
"For splashing me" he says splashing me. 

This went on for what felt like ages.

The ceiling of the room was glass so we could see outside. And it finally started to get dark so me and joe decided to get on our backs and float looking at the stars.
"I'm so happy I met you, my life has changed so much" I say
"Yeah same. I don't know what I could do without you"
We both stand up and I hug him. "Thank you"
"For what?" He says
"For being here with me"  we both look in each other's eyes.  I love him.

"Are they going to kiss?"
"Nah they are just friends".   Says some voices from behind a wall. 

"You guys could at least try and be more secretive" I shout moving away from joe.

Oli, Alfie, Zoe, Georgia, and Caspar all walk out. "Sorry, we just heard u guys were at the pool so we came down and saw you two having a moment"

"We were not having a moment" I say " anyway how long have you been standing there?"
"Quite long" says Zoe laughing.  
"The buffet  is running out of food joe, so I would hurry up.  It's nearly 8:00." Says Alfie and with that joe ran out of the pool so fast it made me laugh
